There was a mistake in our room on the first day, SHADI at the reception intervened immediately and arranged a perfect room for us with MONIKA. EUGENIO helped us again because we missed the breakfast time. If I come again, I will stay at the hotel again.

The most genuinely friendly reception and house keeping staff we have experienced for a while. We found this hotel, which is just a few minutes walking distance from Rome Termini train station, clean in all areas, handy to many attractions and a pleasure to stay at. I returned to the Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio after fifty years and had a truly touching experience. Finding this place, full of memories, was like hugging an old friend again. What struck me most was the welcome, which has remained unchanged over time: authentic, warm and attentive to every detail. The staff, with their kindness and professionalism, manages to make every guest feel special, just as they did back then. The atmosphere of the hotel retains its historical charm intact, a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort. The attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness and the quality of service make your stay a real pleasure. Another element that I found with great pleasure is the restaurant, which maintains the same level of excellence as in the past. The quality of the dishes, the care in preparation and the impeccable service make it a gastronomic experience not to be missed, just like then.

Invitato per un pranzo tra amici, ho nuovamente visitato questo storico Ristorante romano dove la storia e la cucina si fondono creando una atmosfera realmente di ‘altri tempi’. Il menù ben descritto ci ha tutti indirizzati verso una entrata di Carciofi alla romana, deliziosi. Affidandomi poi alle origini della Famiglia Bettoia ho scelto un Risotto alla piemontese, buonissimo, e per finire una torta alla Bonnet anch’essa buonissima. Il Personale discreto, efficiente come si addice ad un Locale di alto livello! Complimenti !

Convenient location for Rome Termini. 1 minute walk

It's close to Termini Station and a little cheaper than other hotels of the same class in the area. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well maintained. The breakfast was not luxurious but satisfactory. This is a hotel I would visit again.

De la grande cuisine. Élevé dans un restaurant 3 étoiles j’ai vraiment retrouvé les restaurants d’antan. Le personnel au petit soin un très beau cadre et une cuisine italienne de très haut niveau. Nous y sommes retourné 2 soirs de suite tellement nous étions conquis.
