Good location, near the terminus (if arriving by bus or train) 15 minute walk to colleseum, roman forum, palatine hill, Vittoria monument. Surrounded by various restaurants

Francesca is a wonderful person, super friendly and kind. The hotel is very well located, the service is impeccable, and the rooms are very beautiful. A hotel to return to.

It's like coming home every time, the kindness of the staff is extraordinary, the restaurant serves wonderful dinner, for me it's the best in Rome.

A very nice old hotel in a perfect location, 5 minutes from Termini Station and 20 minutes from the Colosseum.
The hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are charmingly rustic but very clean. It sometimes took a while for the hot water to come through.
Breakfast was okay.
I can't recommend the bar; it's very expensive, and we waited almost 30 minutes each time before we could order or pay.
We didn't eat in the restaurant; it was too expensive for us. There are plenty of more affordable options in the nearby Monti district (a 10-minute walk).
My conclusion: If we come back to Rome, we'll stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was! The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Housekeeping would visit daily to tidy up and always left fresh towels—a rarity in many hotels these days. The breakfast was alright; the variety could have been improved, but I wasn’t too bothered. The only downside was the heat, which sometimes made it difficult to breathe. Overall, everything else was wonderful.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Termini Station and within my budget. When I made the reservation, I emailed asking for a twin room with a bathtub, but I didn't get a reply. I wondered if this was what Italy was like, so I went there and they had indeed given me the room I wanted.
The atmosphere is a bit classic, but breakfast was included and the staff were very nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I go to Rome.

It's impressive, well-maintained, and has friendly staff. The food is good. I haven't stayed there, but I did a refresher course. It's 100 meters from Termini station.
