Ristorante Masseria Signora Pulita In Fasano

It was a fantastic experience to walk through the area, the castle, and the restaurant with the owner's guidance. Since 1600, the 100-hectare property with olive trees and the beautiful castle has been passed down from generation to generation. The area and the building are breathtaking, especially when lit up at night. In the restaurant, we take part in a fantastic multi-course dinner, accompanied by a performance by dancers. Every course of the dinner was perfect, the evening was a real experience.

I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay at a magnificent historical farm. In the land between the olive trees, everything from the room, the pool, the food and the staff were wonderful. A great hotel for relaxing or honeymoon.

What is really special is the place, the building and the restaurant. This place has a lot of potential for improvement but it’s very nice as is.
