The road from San Severino to Stigliano offers beautiful views of the Marche hills. Once you arrive at Ristorante Marisa, it's like coming home. Here, you can enjoy traditional home-cooked cuisine featuring homemade pasta, traditional sauces like duck or truffle, cured meats, warm focaccia, meat cooked over the fire, and simple but delicious traditional desserts. There's also a good selection of wines. The veranda is lovely, with a spectacular view and, despite the summer heat, a pleasant cool breeze. We tried the gnocchi and ravioli with chicory and fossa cheese, which were delicious, and the grilled fillet steak, which was incredibly tender. On another occasion, we also sampled Marisa's frittura, fried meat with battered vegetables and fruit, which was very enjoyable. The service is friendly and informal. But we expected this; after all, we're at home!

A family-friendly restaurant serving homemade dishes made with quality ingredients. The chicory ravioli and cured meats are excellent. Simple, friendly service. The veranda offers a beautiful view of the local countryside.

Today 05/18/2025 I had lunch with my wife in this EXCELLENT restaurant located near San Severino Marche precisely Stigliano....initially a lady did not want us to eat. (Because we hadn't booked), then a very kind waiter, probably the son or a relative of the owner, seated us inside this particular little restaurant. We ordered two ravioli with ricotta and a house appetizer for the second course. I have to say that everything was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND QUALITY...homemade pasta and appetizer with really good local cured meats...after having had this very abundant lunch we had two coffees and a grappa...(I would like to point out that we were served by a very kind waitress who was very careful in carrying out her work)....excellent value for money...highly recommended this place for both lunch and dinner...you can also eat outside under a fabulous veranda...the thing I strongly recommend is to BOOK in advance because this place is normally full of customers. We went to Marisa yesterday, on the occasion of my birthday. The restaurant is in the splendid Settempedana countryside, in the Stigliano area. Very friendly service and high quality food, with fresh, local ingredients. We chose mixed starters with focaccia, local cold cuts, house pickles, red cabbage with orange and raisins (nice surprise!) and seasoned spelled. Followed by homemade tagliatelle with duck sauce and truffle cappellacci. We finish with mixed grill, side dishes of chicory, roasted potatoes and battered courgette flowers (it's impossible to do them better). All applause! Honest account, but I want to underline the great availability of the dining room staff: they make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Adoro questo posto dove ho anche soggiornato. Stanze pulite e confortevoli Silenzio e pace perfetti per riposare. Parlando del cibo, esperienza super positiva. Ottima pasta fresca e la carne. Porzioni generose e ben condite. Personale cortese e servizio veloce anche il sabato sera. Viene voglia di tornarci tutte le volte che si può. Ci si sente a casa
