Today was a very hot Thursday in June. My colleague and I arrived in the early afternoon for a late business lunch, seeking relief and comfort from the heat and fatigue. As always, the welcome was royal, cordial and familiar, but today a special mention to the waitresses for the love received, for the freshest wine and a thank you also to the chef for the presence of the best pizzoccheri ever, even on a Thursday.
