Excellent cuisine and service, unfortunately the place is not adequately soundproofed and you eat in the midst of the "noise" if you are unlucky you end up with neighbors at the table, who don't allow you to exchange even a comment on the dishes they serve you, with whoever sits next to you.

Excellent trattoria outside the city of Modica, in this "frigintini" hamlet there is this trattoria with genuine and abundant products, excellent starters, Scacce Modicane of the highest level, first courses especially the ravioli made to perfection with an elastic and thin dough, plenty of meat.
Among the desserts, the ricotta pudding is phenomenal.
Highly recommended.

Today 03/11/24 I am eating at the Fidone restaurant, it is 2.05pm I ate a starter and a first course, I have been to several restaurants throughout Italy, but I had never tasted the sauces and genuine flavors that I tasted here. After I will give my definitive opinion on the dessert. At around 3.00pm we finished lunch, after having enjoyed a good meat-based second course consisting of pork, rabbit and ribs breaded, garnished with fresh vegetables and baked chips, I went to the cashier and paid a modest amount compared to what I consumed. What can I say, a nice Sunday. We'll see you again soon, thank you and see you again

An incredibly special place, it feels like having dinner at a family's home.
You should always call and check availability as they are only open on certain days. This guarantees the freshness and authenticity of the food served, which is made as it once was, without frills and amazing scenographic effects, but as good as when you go to dinner with your mother or grandmother: you know you'll lick your chops! Well done everyone ♥️

Locale semplice nelle campagne di Modica dove abbiamo finalmente assaporato la cucina tradizionale del posto e non le solite cose da turisti

Locale veramente pulito , camerieri veloci , attenti e cortesi . Le pietanze sono abbondanti ed eccellenti nel gusto . Per finire ho assaggiato un ottimo gelo di mandorle . Tutto preparato in modo sapiente e secondo tradizione . Arrivederci presto!
