Ristorante Mama! Eat In Roma

Even though we are in Rome, it is not so easy to eat (without contamination) for a celiac. Let's get to the point.... beautiful location with exposed beams, clean, polite, capable and smiling staff (I pay a huge compliment to Maria, who is truly top notch, she was able to advise on everything) but the thing that is priceless is when you tell a celiac person that he can eat everything on the menu (really everything), from the spectacular fried food (which almost nobody does) to the delicious pizza, to the first courses, second courses, desserts... in short, everything, everything. Finally my wife was happy to have found this pearl of professionalism in a world of improvised restaurateurs. I wish this place and chain all the best, hoping to savor your delicacies in Trento too. Great beef jerky in the Italian way, but the gluten-free food was good and the service perfetto!
