Ristorante Lu Cannarozz In Penne

I've been there twice, the first time in the summer and the second time in the winter. The food is good, both the meat and the pizza, and the staff is kind and polite.

We visited this restaurant during our vacation and it was a truly excellent experience. The location is beautiful and spacious, both indoors and outdoors, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared: the handmade arrosticini are simply the best we've ever eaten! The appetizers are also highly recommended, with an excellent selection of local cured meats (duck speck, wild boar salami, sheep's milk salami, etc.) and traditional sheep's and goat's milk cheeses. The desserts were also excellent, a fitting end to the evening. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes and conveying their love for the region and its products. A restaurant that absolutely deserves it: we'll definitely be back!

We had dinner here last night, and everything was practically perfect! The dishes were delicious; my gnocchi tasted like grandma's. The grill was rich and truly delicious. Excellent service, fast and friendly, but perhaps a few more minutes between courses would have been appreciated. In any case, it was a truly wonderful experience that we will definitely do again.

The arrosticini, clearly handmade, were the highlight of the evening: soft, succulent, and cooked to perfection. The grilled vegetables and house-made focaccia perfectly complemented the meal, creating a balanced and delicious experience. The evening ended on a sweet note with two homemade desserts that deserve special mention: the berry cheesecake and the caramel panna cotta, both delicious and tastefully prepared. What made the evening special was also the service: the staff were friendly, kind, and very professional. They were quick to serve but always available to offer expert advice. It's a place we absolutely recommend and will definitely return to on our next trip to the area.
