Located right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Very beautiful, especially in the evening. Good food, excellent starters, but I wasn't entirely impressed with the platters, especially the quantity. Cheese was nonexistent.
Overall, above average.
For a simple dinner, it's more than adequate.

We called to make a reservation the night before Ferragosto, and they were very kind! We were welcomed into a quaint and welcoming restaurant, and the waitress was incredibly friendly and approachable, offering us the best recommendations. We ate wonderfully! Excellent traditional dishes, the charcuterie and cheese platter was generous, the snails with tomato sauce were delicious, the ricotta and spinach ravioli were excellent, the strozzapreti with milk and sausage were delicious, the tagliata (a type of pasta) melted in your mouth, and the desserts were delicious and plentiful. All washed down with a nice Umbrian red wine overlooking Santa Maria degli Angeli! The prices were right! Highly recommended!

Excellent location right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The menu is very unique; we ordered stewed shelled snails, grilled lamb, and spaghetti alla chitarra, but there are also dishes with local truffles. Extremely authentic flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and a wide selection of wines. Definitely recommended if you want to try new flavors in a quiet setting.

Discovered truly by chance. The lady who welcomed me (probably the owner) was delightful, very kind and super helpful. It's always nice to be welcomed with a smile. Excellent food (I ate a very good homemade pasta with truffle and a sublime pappa al pomodoro). Nice, well-kept environment, very pleasant atmosphere in its simplicity. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

We went to eat a few nights ago and we had a great time, the food was excellent and homely, the staff was very courteous.
We spent 90 euros for two with two appetizers, two first courses, a bottle of wine, two desserts, two waters and the bitters were kindly offered.
We will definitely be back.

Siamo Marco e Simona domenica 9 marzo siamo andati a pranzo, la sig.ra Monica ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, ottime materie prime, piatti abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo sicuramente sarà una nostra tappa quando ripassiamo da Santa Maria degli Angeli.
