L'Orizzonte In Gioiosa marea

29/12/2024: My sister, my parents and I left Cefalú today as tourists from London. I have never been to Italy before, and this is the restaurant we kept coming back to, and decided to spend our last night at. The food is impeccable, the service is incredible, even when they are super busy, and the view is gorgeous too. Everybody there seems to be in a wonderful mood all the time, staff and diners. They forgave our poor Italian and spoke English very well for us, which we were relieved and grateful for. The restaurant made our visit to Italy so wonderful, and I condone whoever runs the business for such careful consideration of the menu, a wonderful team and a fabulous atmosphere. 10/10, if you're in Cefalú you absolutely must eat here. (I only wish I had asked for the name of the waiter who served us for 3 days almost in a row, he was a wonderful man, very tall, kind, and with an excellent, contagious smile.
