The food is prepared with art and love. The chef makes no compromises: no frozen ingredients, only fresh fish caught locally, fabulous meet. So the selection is …selective. His favorite desert was divine. Enjoy!

We visited the restaurant for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled.
The service was excellent, the fish recommendation (San Pietro) was sensational – all in all, absolutely fantastic. Thank you for the exceptional evening.

A disappointment.
The three of us spent €60 each with a bottle of wine, including an appetizer and a main course each (I should point out that one of the two main courses was a divine fresh fish for two, which makes the price higher).
The seafood platter, served without explanation, which also included skate (my main course, no less), was nothing special.
The skate was inedible and tasteless.
I was disappointed.
Furthermore, the kitchen door was open with all the dirty dishes piled up—well, no way.
You pay €60 for a tasting menu in other types of restaurants, and not because it's the Ferragosto holiday.

The atmosphere and service were perfect!
A waiter (I don't know his name, but he's about 50 years old, has curly hair, and is super friendly) gave us great advice!
We ate well (3.5 stars). The 5 stars go to the staff and the atmosphere.

Quality and courtesy come first, we returned several times during the holiday. Limited menu, but as they say, fewer but better. Compliments to the chef for his care and to all the staff. Also worth trying are the delicious seadas desserts 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ristorante Nido was excellent in every way!!! Wow!! My new favorite for dinner in Madda, cannot believe I had not been here before. The food was unbelievable - And we only learned later that the chef was working in the kitchen alone this evening! Everything was perfection, fresh, local (!!) not too fussy, amazing flavors. Super Kind people as well and thus a positive energy and vibe. Volevo davvero condividere che questo posto e’ ottimo!! Grazie mille!

You can see and feel when a place is lovingly run by professionals.
The mixed seafood appetizer was not ordinary, delicious, four courses and four different flavors, sublime. The Culargiones were well-balanced. The mixed fish fry featured five different types of fish.
What more could you ask for?
The house Vermentino was excellent, and the Mirto was not commercial. Prices were moderate.
All topped off by the friendly owner and chef, who also visits the tables to make sure everything is running smoothly and lets you know he hates what you eat. I wanted to return, but we didn't. It's not easy to find places like this. Come and learn, restaurateurs of Italy.

I have been living in Sardinia for 4 years now. I never expected this restaurant to be an “experience” but it definitely was. For the people that actually value quality, i can highly recommend this gem. Not only was the service so kind, attentive and calm. But the quality of the (sea) food was outstanding! They change the menu everyday depending what is coming it will be super fresh. And for the price… its basically a present. We will be back, thank you for this amazing dinner. And the outstanding service.
