Dopo il terremoto del 2016 e dopo gli anni del Covid-19 si è trasferito nel locale messo a disposizione insieme agli altri esercenti di Montegallo. Abbiamo seguito i consigli dei proprietari, gentili e cordiali. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Antipasti classici, salumi e formaggi, nonché lenticchie preparate in modo particolare. Un'ottima tagliatella per primo e la classica grigliata di montagna. Senza rimpianti. Ci porterò la famiglia.

We discovered this place by chance, going to collect the keys to the bivouac where we slept on Mount Vettore (highly recommended experience, splendid bivouac). The restaurant is a bit lost among the other structures relocated in an emergency to the Montegallo sports field. And there's a reason. You are in an earthquake area. Why do we recommend it? We ate an excellent amatriciana accompanied by a starter of local cheeses and cured meats, and the famous lentils from Castelluccio di Norcia. We were struck by the quality of the food, the care of the service and the story of the owners, who with great availability told us about their experience with the earthquake. Previously the restaurant was located in a historic building in the town and was visited not only for the good food but also for the very particular structure. They decided to stay and fight (they are among the very few residents of Montegallo left). If you want to eat really well and help them in their thousand difficulties, choose this place with your eyes closed and have a chat. I hope they return soon to a rebuilt Montegallo.

Che posto carino! Una vera sorpresa. L’abbiamo scoperto un po’ per caso. La zona soffre ancora dei forti disagi dovuti al terremoto. Consigliato soprattutto perché un sito piacevole e un cibo genuino. Un piccolo consiglio. Un po’ meno condimento nella fettuccina ai porcini. Per il resto ravioli super e coratella fantastica!
