We arrived at Lo Scalino on a stormy evening and had the entire marquee to ourselves. The intimate setting turned out to be incredibly romantic, setting the tone for one of the most memorable meals of our trip. From start to finish, the food was truly first class. My wife began with the seafood salad while I opted for the gnocchi with mussels both dishes were absolute standouts: fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. For our mains, we enjoyed the Trofie pasta and the Frittura. Once again, the ingredients spoke for themselves simple, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. If I had one small note, it would be that the Frittura had slightly more vegetables than expected in a seafood dish, but it was still thoroughly enjoyable. We finished with a refreshing Sgroppino, the perfect end to the meal. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our server wore a smile, was attentive, and the pacing of the meal was spot-on unhurried yet efficient. Having been in Italy for 10 days, this was easily one of the highlights of our journey. We’re even considering returning before we leave. Highly recommended.

Exceptional evening! The mixed fried vegetables and fish were impeccable: crispy and plentiful. The location was elegant yet relaxed, truly enjoyable. The staff was quick and super friendly, always ready to accommodate every request. Prices were fair and in line with the quality. The DJ set rounded it all off with a perfect soundtrack for the evening. I'll definitely be back!

You absolutely must try the seafood first courses, authentic flavors of the Tuscan coast.

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Delicious fish, crispy and light mixed fried fish, and well-prepared side dishes. The location is truly charming, with attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent, and we'll definitely be back.
