A place of the highest level for cuisine and ambience. It would deserve 5 stars if it were located in a different street, let's be clear, in the evening Via Duccio di Buoninsegna is a very quiet street but you eat on the veranda right in front of the cars parked in the street. A winter dinner in the well-kept internal rooms is better.

Total experience. Beautiful and well-kept place, young and knowledgeable staff, very fresh fish cooked in an innovative way but without overdoing it.

Level1 is a fish restaurant, which offers the customer a location with great visual impact, above all thanks to the decorated window that divides the room from the kitchen; the menu, entirely focused on the sea, is characterized by careful attention to raw materials and a technique that is certainly to be appreciated. The prices are those of a medium-high range restaurant, justified by the mix of location, service and quality of the dishes.

The food is good but the à la carte choice is very limited and ultimately binding. The risotto was excellent, although for the price they could have dared with a slightly more generous portion... The mise en place was very elegant and the service was courteous.

Sono già cliente e sono stato con moglie per il cenone di fine anno. Molto ben organizzato ottimo cibo, atmosfera perfetta. Prezzo giusto. Scelta azzeccata come sempre quando si va da Livello1. Complimenti allo Staff

You can't exactly tell the location from the street. Minimalist and refined furniture, objectively beautiful! Brief but decisive menu. We entered with high expectations, which unfortunately were not fully met! The entrée that was offered to us was very tasty and well received. Delicious carpaccio! 10/10 Cod with beans cooked three times, not up to par, not very tasty pitch! 4/10 Seared tuna, good but I expected a little more 7/10 Raw red prawns and scampi, I would have expected higher quality, with a larger size, also because it is sold by weight! So a bigger product is more money coming in! 7/10 Risotto with mussels, cheese and pumpkin, good but in my opinion too lemony! 9/10 Delicious salted sea bass, excellent cooking! 9/10 Small flaw is that when it was brought to the table it was sold to us for 1.6kg and on the bill it was marked 1.8, it's not for the 2 ounces, but in this job you need to have LINEARITY. Good desserts, exactly how a meal should be! The wine list is excellent and extensive. We chose a Frascati white reserve. Four of us spent €590. What can I say, I don't know if I would go back, but it's certainly a place I wouldn't recommend!

Bellissima esperienza! Ottimo pranzo prima di iniziare il mio turno a lavoro! Ristorante bello e accogliente scoperto grazie a thefork! Cameriera e personale gentilissimi, molto cordiali! Piatti di qualità eccellente :-) Primo piatto tagliatelle al ragu di mare delizioso, antipasto di pane e focaccia con olio buonissimo e tris di sorbetti squisiti! Sono stato super soddisfatto e sicuramente tornerò :-)
