Can't find anywhere to review the hotel (it's the HOTEL Ristorante Ligure :o) so let's start with the lighting. It was a very cloudy evening when I checked in. There was one 60-watt bulb working in the (high) ceiling light fitting. The room was gloomy. Depressing. The bedside lamp didn't work. (And there was no bulb in the fitting above the bathroom mirror.) I mentioned it next morning and the bedside lamp got a new bulb. The (No1) room was ok. Nothing special. Two windows, two balconies. Nice view. No a/c but, despite 30+ degrees every day, the room was not too warm. Breakfast was . . . er . . . moderate? Very little choice and more-or-less the same every day (except when there was very little fruit). I showed the waitress my banana. Black inside. She gave me an apology in Italian. Can't eat apologies. Still no replacement lightbulb the morning I checked out after a week.
