The place is magnificent and has a large hall in which to organize conferences and other group activities. There are many buildings; those restored, respecting the original structures, are beautiful and the rooms comfortable, even if the shower cabins (80 × 80) may not be suitable for overweight people. The rooms in the newly built buildings have a rather serious soundproofing problem. The courtyards and gardens are very well-kept and are kept impeccably. The outdoor swimming pool was not yet in use, given the rather cold climate, but certainly pleasant in summer and an excellent starting point for walks in the woods. The worst impressions of the entire group I was part of were on the cuisine and it is a real shame, because the place deserves it.

I stayed with friends for a yoga retreat. Perfect yoga room. Abundant buffet breakfast but with non-local products, which is what I expected in a farmhouse. Lunches and dinners to forget, definitely not comparable to the price. Wi-Fi not working in the rooms where there is no line (which I appreciate)

Paradise surrounded by greenery. Kind and helpful staff, clean and welcoming room. Breakfast and dinner with bells and whistles. Highly recommended! P.S. only flaw: a little difficult to reach but the staff sends directions via text message to avoid getting lost even if there is no cell phone signal. I only took photos of the dinner but I attach them to make you realize the quality.

A truly very nice and finely furnished farmhouse. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay, they are clean and warm with radiators both in the room and in the bathroom. Even though we were not having dinner or lunch, we saw the restaurant menu which has very elaborate dishes at average prices. The staff is very kind and professional. Very good breakfast, sweet to savory products with very good cakes. About twenty minutes from Assisi with 10 minutes of road not perfect but doable.

Excellent residence, as is the welcome. Exceptional Christmas lunch. I am truly satisfied with having chosen residence.
