We came across the restaurant L’Assaggio’ almost by chance, intrigued by the advertisement for the preparation of numerous dishes based on mussels. We expected a location that was not so niche but we were pleasantly surprised by the elegance, welcome and hospitality of the staff.
The dishes were sublime, with excellent taste and refined presentation.
Highly recommended!
We will return on our next holiday in Sardinia.

Eating at the L'assaggio Restaurant was an unforgettable experience, a welcoming, romantic place, with marine flavors that blend perfectly with the granite landscape overlooking San Pantaleo. Graziano and Lilly pampered us with their friendliness, their dishes and with the delicious mussels. Highly recommended :-) !

A truly relaxing atmosphere. Welcoming and adequately air-conditioned room. I stopped for a quick summer lunch. Mussels au gratin and culurgiones were a truly correct choice. The view from the room is very beautiful.

A truly incredible experience! Mussels are the real stars of the menu: never seen so many creative and delicious variations. We tried the mojito ones and the ones with gorgonzola and radicchio… simply spectacular!
Very fresh fish, elegant but welcoming atmosphere, and impeccable service, Liliana and Graziano really made us feel at home!. You can see the passion and care in every detail. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to all the staff!

Una vera perla nel cuore di San Pantaleo!
L' atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è il calore umano. Graziano, Liliana e lo staff sono semplicemente eccezionali: ospitali, appassionati e sempre attenti a farti sentire come a casa.
Cibo superlativo, principalmente le cozze, una vera specialità de l'Assaggio.
Lo consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia godersi un momento speciale

A real pearl in the heart of San Pantaleo!
The atmosphere is welcoming and cared for in the smallest details, but what really makes the difference is the human warmth. Graziano, Liliana and the staff are simply exceptional: hospitable, passionate and always attentive to making you feel at home.
Excellent food, especially the mussels, a real specialty.
I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a special moment
