Great choice in the San Pantaleo area. Mussels are the star with many options and cooking styles. Food in general was great. Wine selection could be improved.

Dinner in the center of San Pantaleo. They offer a double menu, one of which specializes in mussels. The dishes are unique, but excellently crafted and made with quality ingredients. We recommend them and will definitely return. P.S. The mussel dishes are excellent, but the sardine dishes are... delicious!

Very charming restaurant with very pleasant service. We were served by a young girl (brunette and tied back hair) who was very professional and smiling (she was able to present the menu to us in English very easily). We ate well from the main course to the dessert!

I had dinner with my partner on vacation in San Pantaleo. The place was very nice, as were the owners. I can't comment on the service or food. We ordered a kilo of mussels marinara, which is supposed to be their signature dish, but they were tasteless and half-empty. They forgot to bring toasted bread to accompany it (other tables had them), and they didn't even bring us napkins, even though we asked for them twice. Next, we had cacio e pepe with tuna tartare, which was inedible. It tasted like glue and had no tuna flavor, as the cheese dominated. The chips were salted. What a shame! Nice place, but the cuisine, food quality, and service leave much to be desired. This is meant as constructive criticism; otherwise, I would have given it two stars.

A must-try! Located at the entrance to San Pantaleo, this restaurant is a must-try! Specializing in all types of mussels, they're truly delicious. We also tried a first course without mussels, and it was still delicious. We'll definitely be back to try their kilos of mussels. The prices are fair for the area.

The best Sardinian bread we ate during our stay, the mussels were very good too. The service was professional but could have been more friendly, we could feel the tension in the team.

We went there based on my friend’s recommendation and it was worth it. The team was helpful in selecting the dishes and the taste was good compared to other seafood restaurants we experienced around the area. Atmosphere is great and people coming there for dining are decent.

We arrived in the midst of a power outage affecting all of San Pantaleo. The staff explained the situation to us, showed us the reduced menu, and provided each table with a battery-powered lamp. The food was perfect, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very welcoming. The bill was a bit steep, and no discount was offered despite some mix-ups due to the power outage and the reduced menu.

Una vera perla nel cuore di San Pantaleo! L' atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è il calore umano. Graziano, Liliana e lo staff sono semplicemente eccezionali: ospitali, appassionati e sempre attenti a farti sentire come a casa. Cibo superlativo, principalmente le cozze, una vera specialità de l'Assaggio. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia godersi un momento speciale

Difficile commentare un pranzo così , pietanze superlative , personale cortese e competente . Super consigliato !!!!
