Ristorante L'Arquebusier In Chambave

A pleasant discovery!! Found by chance, this restaurant, hidden in a small hamlet, offers a meat-only menu (in winter also first courses) of excellence!!

Intimate, very well-kept Aosta Valley style venue. We ate some delicious meat! From the appetizer to the side dish, everything is fresh and freshly prepared. The service was also impeccable! Price appropriate to the product offered! Highly recommended

I hadn't been back for years, and I found the same atmosphere, but above all the same excellence. Starter with generous portions, like the courgette and toma risotto that I was lucky enough to find on the menu. (usually the first courses are not always available) I would have appreciated a richer dessert menu, only three types of fruit sorbets, made the same day, but a little too frozen after a hot and tasty dinner. It will remain as a fixed stop for future stays in the Aosta Valley.

If you want to eat excellent meat this is a highly recommended place

Locale piccolo, intimo ed accogliente. Personale estremamente gentile. Lista dei vini più che dignitosa e prezzi onesti. Noi abbiamo bevuto vino valdostano Grosjean e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Porzioni decisamente abbondanti sia per gli antipasti che per il secondo. I piatti si sono rivelati eccezionali, di altissima qualità. Abbiamo diviso un dessert in due, più per curiosità, perché eravamo più che sazi e che dire...sublime!!Ancor più se si considera che fatto in casa. La prossima volta ci torneremo con più amici così da poter assaggiare diversi tipi di carne. Per noi assolutamente da consigliare agli amanti della carne.
