Nice and relaxing place, very good pizza

Good restaurant near a lake, good food but too much waiting between one dish and another, but maybe because it was Sunday lunch

The restaurant recently moved to Lake Salasco, and I must say it's a truly beautiful and peaceful place. The food and service have remained the same, which is to say, excellent. The pizzas are delicious, made with quality ingredients; you can find classic pizzas as well as elaborate and unique creations. I highly recommend it.

The new managers are enterprising young guys, the historic Piedmontese restaurant is decorated in a theme, with a beautiful antique fireplace, open on three sides, which now houses a pellet stove in the center of the room as it once did. Menu with the right courses, from meat to fish, well-prepared dishes and in the right quantities, those of a modern restaurant. I tasted typical Piedmontese appetizers, a veal with tuna sauce, and raw meat with truffle cream, then a first course, a nice carbonara with pecorino and bacon, and the pizzas are also worth a taste, with particular toppings and combinations, classic in the dough and made by expert hands, even with a stuffed edge if desired, nice big and thin. Tiramisu is not my taste, because unfortunately in burmia I find that it never mixes well, the biscuit always remains a little dry and with a lot of mascarpone. Recommended place for a bit of peace and quiet, very elegant. All very good, in a workmanlike manner and respecting traditions, and served at the right times, so nothing to complain about, prices more than honest, compared to a good quality restaurant with an outdoor terrace and lots of free parking.
