I had been to this restaurant years ago and returned to see if it was still like this. Everything was really good, excellent food, professional and very knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere was beautiful. I will be back.

We just finished dinner at this restaurant and I couldn't help but compliment it. The food, service, and price were unbeatable. The girls serving us were super welcoming. We'll be back in Livorno and staying here again!

I visited this restaurant overlooking the canals with my daughter. It's perhaps in the most picturesque spot in Livorno's Venice district, near the fish market and a short walk from the Fortezza Vecchia and the ferry terminal. Even though I visit Livorno often, I was curious to dine in this little corner of Livorno. The view is spectacular, with the sunset to the west toward the sea, and the interior toward the canals. Everything was lovely, but beyond the setting, it was the courtesy of the girls and the truly excellent quality of the food that made it my new go-to place when I'm back in Livorno. Congratulations, keep up the good work, and thank you for the pleasant evening spent with my Princess. A dad. Alas, update a month later... I returned about a month later (August 2025) with my partner, remembering the wonderful experience the previous time, which I described above. I had rated everything 5 stars, but this second time, the experience was, for half the dishes, simply "terrifying," leading me to lower the rating to 2 stars. Let me explain... We ordered a mussel sauté, which arrived as delicious as the previous time, also stuffed with a giant prawn. To drink, we ordered a half liter of the house white wine, which was served in a bottle holder with melted ice. Therefore, after our first glass, we realized that the wine was almost room temperature... (about 30 degrees that evening). We asked to refill the bottle holder with ice, but even then, it returned more cold water than ice. Let's move on... We ordered two first courses: linguine with clams and bottarga and a plate of spaghetti with clams. The dishes looked interesting, but we later realized they were very salty, but overly so, and that one of the dishes had no trace of bottarga, and that the lemon pesto was apparently just lemon juice mixed with breadcrumbs (I think). But it was the clams that really made us jump. Of the approximately 50 clams each that formed the base of the dish (like lupini beans—we certainly weren't expecting true clams...), on my plate I counted 8 open clams and over 40 closed, dead ones, meaning they hadn't opened during cooking. I wonder how whoever cooked that evening, while sautéing the pasta with the sauce, couldn't have noticed this, or rather, sent two servings of dead clams to the table, because, in fact, we were served two first courses seasoned with closed clam shells! When asked if everything was fine, I replied "well," leaving it up to the person returning the dishes to evaluate the eight open clams, neatly arranged in a radial pattern on the shell dish, compared to how many closed ones we'd left on our plates. But then again, the dishes were incredibly salty, unlike anything I've ever eaten before. I'm not the type to send dishes back to the kitchen, and I've eaten in "the worst bars in Caracas," but that evening, perhaps we should have done so because, always with politeness and respect for the work of others, a little criticism helps everyone improve. A real shame, I hope due to a lapse in the kitchen that evening, because the place is worth it, the prices are attractive, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I hope to return soon to update the review.

31/05/2025: La location è spettacolare, molto bello anche l'interno in pietra con tavoli apparecchiati con tovaglie chiare. Il cibo e ricercato ma forse le mie aspettative erano troppo alte.
22/03/2025: El 8 de febrero de 2024, en una visita relampago a Cecina, para visitar una amigo que no veia desde hace mas de 50 años, paramos a almorzar a ultima hora, en Bibbona en un restaurante que ademas es un hotel y tiene viñas. Jamas hubiera imaginado encontrar una exquisitez digna de estrellas michelin. El vino de la zona de Bolgheri fue un descubrimiento muy especial. Pedimos un botella de Le Difese Toscana, de la tenuta San Guido, 50% Cabernet y 50% Sangiovese. Extraordinario, maridó perfectamente con los platos que pedimos. Como primer plato pedimos Fettucine all'uovo con succo e petto d'anatra cotto a bassa temperatura y Salmí di cinghiale, pure di castagne e mele cotte. Maridaron extraordinariamente con el vino escogido. De postre pedimos Creme brulée ai mirtilli con gelato al fior di latte y Zabbaione al Calvados con cialda croccante. Una explosión de sabores. Ambos platos muy buenos y originales. Terminamos con un buen café (en Italia es el unico sitio donde se puede tomar un buen café en cualquier lado) El ambiente unico, muy cuidado y muy bueno, el servicio extraordinario. Si bien estaban por cerrar cocina nos atendieron a cuerpos de rey. Lamentablemente copromisos adquiridos previamente nos impidieron volver. Hoy en dia el menu cambió y viendo la carta puedo decir que mejoró en un 90% mas de lo que yo viví. No vemos la hora de volver y quedarnos un ar de dias alojados alli solo para probar mucho mas de sus propuestas gastronómicas y sus vinos de la zona de Bolgheri.

30/08/2025: We tried Pinsa for the first time and it was amazing. Its much better than classic pizza, feels crunchier and more fluffy. Don’t be afraid to try unconventional variations- we had a pinsa with salami and fig marmalade. Thank you for delicious food, great service and experience.
19/08/2025: Under new management a couple of years ago, they've had a great new offering. They offer a variety of delicious pinsas and schiacciatas, along with excellent craft beer from the adjacent brewery. They occasionally host themed evenings. The atmosphere is informal and friendly.
