Great gym. Very nice at the front desk in setting me up with a day pass.

Very nice gym with excellent teachers and many context benefits, unfortunately however poorly frequented, with disturbing situations that are not kept in check, given the difficulty of managing rude adults. The changing rooms then seem populated by animals. In my opinion, the nature of the gym should also lead to a selection of users, but now even in the center you can find what you find in the suburb.

This fitness club is truly an exceptional find! It offers a complete health and fitness experience, and I can only give it 5 stars. The gym is well equipped with high quality machinery and a clean and spacious environment to train comfortably. The fitness courses are varied and engaging, with highly trained instructors who make each session fun and motivating. I had the chance to try different activities, from yoga to boxing, and I was satisfied with all of them. The spa is a true paradise of relaxation. The facilities are luxurious and above all CLEAN, and I enjoyed moments of total tranquility and serenity. The bistro within the club also offers delicious options for post-workout meals or simply a healthy lunch. I really enjoyed the variety of nutritious and tasty dishes. The beauty center is an additional gem! I was able to book professional and personalized beauty treatments, which made my visit even more satisfying. The staff have always been friendly, attentive and helpful, ensuring a high level of customer experience. In summary, this fitness club is an unmissable destination for those who want to take care of their body and mind. The combination of a well-equipped gym, engaging classes, relaxing spa, healthy bistro and professional beauty center makes it an ideal place to satisfy all your wellness needs. I highly recommend this lovely place!

I often come to train when I'm in the area and every time I would like to return. Beautiful, peaceful environment and machinery always at the top. I highly recommend it

I have been going to the Doria Center for more than a year now and I can no longer do without it! The rooms are always clean (which is not to be taken for granted, in fact), the trainers are very professional and competent and the girls at the desk are always kind and helpful, ready to solve any possible problem. Then what can I say, there is also a spa with a hydromassage which is worth the annual subscription for that alone! 😂 The courses are very varied, from holistic (postural yoga pilates which in my opinion are the best) to the most popular ones such as zumba, functional etc. to end with the more niche ones such as pole dancing. In short, there is something for all tastes. P.s. There is also the bistro that I tell you stop by. The chef cooks both typical Roman dishes and the more refined ones and upon request he prepares fit dishes which are obviously a turning point for those who train!

Fantastic gym inside Palazzo Doria! Giulia helped me purchase my weekly pass. Weight room, wellness area and courses included. The value for money is perfect, also considering the prices of the nearby gyms which offer a service that is completely inconsistent with the prices offered. Also noteworthy to the trainers in the weight room, in particular Luca who was available and professional in helping me with the exercises.
