For several years now, every time we go to Alba, we have lunch in this quiet and relaxing restaurant. The tasting menu is always very satisfying and in the truffle season, top!! The à la carte menu, typical Piedmontese and of excellent quality. Fassona, tagliolini, braised meat, desserts....all delicious. The "grattate" are abundant and the white truffle is very tasty. We also love the few tables arranged so that there is no noise and confusion and you can chat with your fellow diners pleasantly. Absolutely dog ​​friendly (we have a couple of hunting dogs) and also suitable for children (this year we had our one-year-old with us... changing table, high chair... everything needed provided).
