For several years now, every time we go to Alba, we have had lunch in this quiet and relaxing restaurant. The tasting menu is always very satisfying and in the truffle period, top!! The à la carte menu, typical Piedmontese and of excellent quality. Fassona, tagliolini, braised meat, desserts....all delicious. The "grattate" are abundant and the white truffle very tasty. We also love the few tables arranged so that there is no noise and confusion and you can chat pleasantly with your fellow diners. Absolutely dog ​​friendly (we have a couple of hunting dogs) and also suitable for children (this year the little one year old was with us... changing table, high chair... everything you need provided).
