Had dinner on the 31st with the pizza menu, what can I say, super good pizza even when it was packed, without mistakes, welcoming and kind waiting staff with a lot of attention to the tables... I can only recommend it both on packed evenings and on romantic evenings

Amazing restaurant! After we ate here for the first time we immediately made a reservation for our last night on holiday here, it was such a pleasant experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Interesting menu with of course a lot of trout options. Nice ambiance in a cave like place, even though it’s quite a big place it still felt very cozy.
Personal favourites were the Trota trio (appetizer), trota carbonara (primi), full trota (secondi) and the amazing tiramisu. If we’re ever lucky to visit Sicily again, I hope we will be able to eat here too!

A wonderful culinary experience in a fantastic location surrounded by greenery just steps from Palazzolo Acreide. I was leading a large group of seniors who had come to visit the town. We were more than satisfied: the food was fresh, plentiful, and high-quality. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to everyone's needs. Excellent value for money. We had lunch in a spacious and charming dining room carved into the rock, and before leaving, we strolled through the adjacent park. Truly the best! I recommend it to everyone.

My review is about the pizzeria. I dined with friends, made a reservation, and had zero wait time. The wait staff was professionally welcoming; our table was in the cave area. The location was beautiful, very elegant. Even the table linens were clean. The pizza was good; the toppings weren't abundant, but they were high-quality. The pizza wasn't burnt. Prices were reasonable. We could stroll outside after dinner. Digestion was uneventful. Recommended. Next time we'll try the restaurant.

A very characteristic restaurant with the option of dining inside a centuries-old cave or outside on the veranda with a panoramic view of lakes and a green lawn. It's truly a beautiful place, I recommend it!
