Very unique and classy place surrounded by nature. We ate in a beautiful room carved into the rock. Everything was very good from starter to dessert. The impeccable service with friendly staff available to satisfy any request. I highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional from the welcome to the end of the day. Everything managed with care and attention. The breathtaking location is a paradise just a few kilometers from both Syracuse and Palazzo Acreide. What can I say...highly recommended.

We went on Easter Monday. Beautiful location, a fun-filled day dedicated to various activities such as yoga, Zumba, disco music. Entertainment for adults and children truly impeccable. Excellent buffet lunch. Impeccable service. Congratulations to all the staff and to those who organized the event down to the smallest details.

I recommend it for a Sunday lunch with a breathtaking view of the lake...for a pizza with the trout specialty, inside the suggestive cave for a special event!! Today I had the pleasure of participating in a wonderful day organized by the La Trota Restaurant, full of fun and good food. A truly pleasant experience, which was able to combine taste, hospitality and joy in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The event was taken care of down to the smallest details: engaging activities for adults and children, music and impeccable service. But the real protagonist was the food – dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, presented with taste and passion. Each course spoke of the quality and love for traditional cuisine revisited in a modern key. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness. I will definitely return and recommend anyone looking for an authentic and convivial gastronomic experience to stop at Trota!

Excellent restaurant not only unique for the incredible location in the middle of artificial lakes, but also for the excellent menus well served and presented by the excellent Mr. Corrado and the excellent workmanship of the chef. From. Also recommended for high-level receptions.

Quando andiamo dalle parti di Palazzolo ci capita di passare dal ristorante la Trota; in questi giorni di feste natalizie l'interno della grotta lo abbiamo trovato addobbato elegantemente. Per antipasto patatine fritte e il conosciuto crostino alla trota (sempre buono). Le pizze per mantenerci leggeri sono state "margherita" e "ai funghi freschi". Per finire semifreddo agli agrumi con marmellata di arance caramellate. Tutto buono, come sempre; in particolare l'impasto della pizza a noi è sembrato più soffice e meno sapido del solito e questo non può essere considerata una nota negativa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e premuroso.
