A truly unique restaurant.
Surrounded by greenery and ponds where they raise trout.
Very well-kept spaces.
The restaurant is housed in a cave, with a magnificent barbecue grill at its center where you can order your food.
Excellent food and well-served.
Naturally, many dishes feature trout (excellent).
You can also enjoy excellent roast meats or even a special Florentine steak.
The staff is friendly and fast.
A magnificent and large parking lot adds to the value of the place.
I recommend you try it.

The first time I entered the cave was in 1976; back then, it was the only one there. Fifty years have passed, and this place has retained its same charm. It's the only restaurant where you can enjoy exquisitely cooked trout, without compromising the other equally delicious dishes. Another specialty is pizza, with a special mention for the salmon trout pizza. Congratulations!

Had dinner on the 31st with the pizza menu, what can I say, super good pizza even when it was packed, without mistakes, welcoming and kind waiting staff with a lot of attention to the tables... I can only recommend it both on packed evenings and on romantic evenings

Amazing restaurant! After we ate here for the first time we immediately made a reservation for our last night on holiday here, it was such a pleasant experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Interesting menu with of course a lot of trout options. Nice ambiance in a cave like place, even though it’s quite a big place it still felt very cozy.
Personal favourites were the Trota trio (appetizer), trota carbonara (primi), full trota (secondi) and the amazing tiramisu. If we’re ever lucky to visit Sicily again, I hope we will be able to eat here too!
