Great views and service was amazing! The food is a bit pricey but not bad compared to other spots in Lake Como. We got the eggplant parm, pasta and hanger steak. The food was pretty good but the views and vibe of the place was 10/10!

Let's start with the positive points: the place. Marvellous view. Postcard terrace on the lake. The service is of a good standard, very friendly staff. It must be said that explaining, or introducing the dishes, could be useful. We ate freshly caught fish... ok but what fish? It's a shame because we could have done better with little. Good quality cuisine although we found some flakes in the fish...not exactly a good experience. Other than that we ate well in a magnificent place

Francamente tudo MARAVILHOSO uma mistura de gostos e sabores surpreendentes. Apesar de ser alérgica a peixe e frutos do mar a opção vegana, as entradas e a sobremesa oferecidas são uma delícia. O cardápio é variado e à vista para o Lago de Como de tirar o fôlego. Vale cada centavo.

La Locanda del Cantiere

19/08/2024: Large, cozy and tidy rooms at a terrific location directly at Lake Como. The restaurant was way better than those in the neaby cities like Como, which, unfortunately and openly necessarily, rather focus on the masses of tourists. The menu seemed to vary on a daily basis, the food was fresh (handmade pasta) and extremely delicious, and the service took care of all our desires. We ordered an extra spaghetti that were not on the menu, which the service and the kitchen prepared without any hesitation and without overpricing. Also the breakfast was convincing - a small but fresh selection full of tast (instead of the usual breakfast with supermarket pastries). We had a great time at La Locanda, both the hotel and the restaurant, and would recommend it to anybody.
08/06/2024: We just had a drink! Waiters were very helpful! The location right on the lake is fantastic!
