Siamo capitati per caso in questo Ristorante. La R maiuscola non è un caso!!! Parliamo da un presupposto: se volete mangiare roba industriale, quasi senza sapore e spendere 2 spicci, lasciate perdere: in questo locale la cucina è una cosa seria. Lasciatevi consigliare dal personale (gentile e preparato) e gustatevi delle vere e proprie opere d'arte! Pappardelle al cinghiale a dir poco fantastiche, cappellacci ripieni...da paura! E la carne? Guancia di vitella tenera come niente al mondo e cosciotto di maialino agli aromi senza paragoni possibili. Il conto? Non basso, è vero, ma preferisco spendere bene 10€ che buttarne 5!!! Poi...c'è chi ha fame e chi vuole mangiare bene... è una questione di priorità. Tornerò a Cascia per la mia devozione a Santa Rita, ma la mia seconda tappa sarà necessariamente La Tavernetta. Continuate così!

Enviable location, well-prepared and well-presented local cuisine. Since Cascia is a tourist place, this penalizes small catering establishments on certain days and times which always surprise with the authenticity and goodness of their menu. The house red wine is excellent.

Prices too high compared to the modest portion of food! You can't let the customer leave with an empty wallet and a belly too!!

In my opinion it is one of the best restaurants in Cascia, quality, cleanliness and speed of service are the strong points. The friendly and welcoming owner is very attentive to his customers, who are almost always passing tourists who, like us, return with pleasure for an appetizing and characteristic stop. Characteristic for me who loves truffles and mushrooms which, when combined with their slices, is a great delicacy!

The tavern is always a guarantee, the food is excellent, the quality and price are excellent, Mr Giancarlo's professionalism and hospitality are top quality. Every time he offers something off the menu which is a treat to try. Excellent desserts...my friends and I thank you and see you next time.

Il locale è molto accogliente posto in un angolo molto suggestivo del centro storico di Cascia, in prossimità della Basilica di Santa Rita e dei parcheggi. Il personale di sala è garbato e riservato. La qualità del cibo è eccellente, al timone del locale i proprietari presenti sia in sala che in cucina . Lo consigliamo vivamente
