Fantastic first courses with super light pasta, so much so that after the tortelli with white ragù, I also ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. The owner and host were very friendly and helpful, which completed the experience. A must-try if you're passing through Grosseto. Prices were average, but more than justified by the quality of the first courses. For two, we ordered three first courses, an appetizer, half a liter of wine, and water for a total of €58.

Simple yet tasty Maremma cuisine, homemade pasta dishes with excellent sauces, tender wild boar stew, and delicious homemade desserts. Fairly priced.

An incredible discovery, tripe I hadn't eaten like this since I was a child, eggs with truffles that were nothing short of perfect, the kindness and a chat with truly genuine people make you relive moments and memories, food from times gone by that unfortunately is no longer available... On our return from our short vacation we'll stop by again.

YOU GUYS, THESE ARE CRAZY!!!! I've never, NEVER, eaten such good pasta in my life...and it's not just the sauce, but the pasta itself! Super friendly owner, great staff, rustic, homey atmosphere that warms your heart and soul! SUPER FAIR prices. The quality here is top-notch...it deserves a Michelin nomination just for the way the pasta is made...I'm not kidding...It's something you've never tasted in your life...

A simple and informal place. Suitable for dinners with friends or family. The food is top-notch. Here you can enjoy authentic, traditional Maremma cuisine. The tortelli are exceptional, served in any sauce, as are the tagliatelle. Everything is strictly homemade. I only took one photo (spicy sausage with fondue and truffle. Just writing this made my mouth water) because I spent the rest of the time enjoying everything. I will definitely be back, and it will most likely become my go-to restaurant in Grosseto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Everyone was very friendly, money well spent. We would have had seconds of every dish! The only restaurant where my mother eats fresh pasta because she likes it very thin.

The food was exceptional, especially the tagliatelle, so thin, so light we could have eaten a ton of them. Hand-rolled by a fantastic lady. The staff was extremely kind. The atmosphere was peaceful.

12/03/2026: Magliano in Toscana is in the heart of Maremma Grossetana, and this is a trattoria with long-standing and solid principles: traditional cuisine, good and simple, with appropriate portions. And that's how it has remained, even today. In the center of town, Corso Garibaldi, which means parking your car in one of the many free parking lots and walking for a while, in the ZTL. Terracotta floors, exposed beam ceilings. Courteous and precise service, trattoria prices, that is, cheap, even for wines (and it's becoming an exception, I say this as a wine wholesaler...). The Morellino obviously reigns supreme, but the choice is more than sufficient for the type of place.
12/03/2026: Excellent experience. The appetizers were truly delicious and generous, featuring typical local products. Maremma cuisine was well-prepared and carefully prepared. The restaurant is welcoming and the staff are friendly. If you're passing through Magliano in Toscana, it's definitely worth a stop.
