An excellent restaurant in Catania, dining in a classic setting with an 80s-style atmosphere; the service is also formal and very traditional. The dishes are carefully crafted with quality ingredients, and the strong local flavors are beautifully blended by the expert and skilled chef, resulting in a rainbow of flavors that will leave you feeling good. The sarde a beccafico (stuffed sardines) perfectly embodies all of this, a well-balanced dish with strong, bold flavors that alone is worth the trip.

The occhi di bue was amazing. The prosciutto and melon delicious. The mollica rigatoni, mehhh. The desserts were delicious! Service subpart and not very friendly. You definitely don't go there for the atmosphere.

Great food, every dish is well done. Service could be improved, especially with a smile when talking to customers. The place is stuck in the 80s...but maybe that's its beauty

Trattoria Don Turiddu

02/12/2025: We stumbled upon this delicious food by accident and have returned three times. Wonderful service, family atmosphere, and fresh seafood. I highly recommend it. ♥️
19/11/2025: Every Sunday we go to the trattoria da Alfio with my family, I can only and exclusively say EVERYTHING GOOD 🐟🦐🦞🦀🦑🐙🦪🦞🍤 from the appetizer to the second course....but above all HUGE courses, the strong point of this restaurant/trattoria...the pasta allo scoglio 😍😍😍 EXCEPTIONAL!!!.. I recommend this place to everyone, I take this opportunity to greet his wife, a SUPER KIND person ❤️❤️.. Congratulations 🏆🏆🏆
