Excellent. The quality of the raw material and its valorisation are truly the top of the place. The goodness, the taste, the presentation of the dishes (
top fish menu) and then the service, the kindness of the staff, the hospitality, the sobriety and refinement of the place do the rest. Feeling at home, but still in a special dinner atmosphere, because the menu is something special, unforgettable and excellent and the cost of the dishes is perfect. A point of reference to be found as soon as possible, to be recommended to friends and family, to be recommended for a romantic or business dinner, for a holiday or celebration. I had dinner with a friend in this beautiful restaurant to celebrate summer and life. An elegant restaurant in the center of Marina di Carrara with attentive and friendly table service. A different menu from the usual rich in sea and land specialities. I chose the fish.... Specifically the seafood appetizer consisting of 5 courses... One better than the other. Do you know when you feel like crying when you feel something sublime with your eyes, smell and palate? A marvel continued with an excellent second course... Crispy octopus..... A good sparkling wine and of course the dessert. An experience you have to try to believe.
