Knowledgeable owner and excellent cuisine. I've been back several times. What can I say... when I want to be sure without the risk of returning home disappointed... I come here. According to the owner, the restaurant will move to Saluzzo in May 2026. The current location is very beautiful, but in the historic area of ​​the town of the marquisate, it will only gain even more charm!

A refined atmosphere, housed in a historic manor house in the historic center of Verzuolo. The cuisine, which focuses primarily on seafood, is sophisticated and refined. The ingredients are top-notch, and the presentation is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's always a pleasure to return, knowing you're in for a guaranteed treat. The wine list is impressive, ranging from regional and national selections to international wines. We return to "La Scala" because the food is delicious, exquisite, beautifully prepared and presented, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The seafood crudités deserve a special mention, as they're incredibly fresh.

To celebrate my anniversary, I booked at La Scala, and they were very kind right from the booking stage because I had a time constraint, so they waited until 10 pm. It was a magical setting for a romantic dinner, and every dish was sublime. They offered a digestif, and the price was right. And, most importantly, I made a great impression on my wife... thank you.
