With the Art and Cuisine Collectors Association we went to this restaurant for lunch "atypical" due to its geographical location with respect to the culinary offer it offers. It is in fact a fish restaurant in the Granda province, a land of fine meats. The La Scala restaurant, on the other hand, has been offering highly selected fish dishes since 1985 in a welcoming and exclusive environment and since March 1st it has also become part of the Art Restaurants Association, so we immediately rushed to taste their dedicated menu and win the Art tablet (and the related magnet) that they will deliver to those who order it. It is offered at €60.00, including cover charge and service. Wines and other drinks are charged separately. Needless to say, it was a success. Until next time!

Con l’Associazione Collezionisti Arte e Cucina siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante “atipico” per la Sua collocazione geografica rispetto all’offerta culinaria che propone. Si tratta infatti di un ristorante di pesce nella provincia Granda, terra di carni pregiate. Il ristorante La Scala invece, dal 1985 propone piatti di pesce sceltissimo in un ambiente accogliente ed esclusivo e dal 1º Marzo è entrato anche a far parte anche dell’Associazione Ristoranti dell’Arte, pertanto ci siamo precipitati immediatamente per gustare il loro menu dedicato e conquistare la tavoletta (ed il relativo magnete) dell’Arte che consegneranno a chi lo ordinerà. Viene proposto ad € 60,00, comprensivo di coperto e servizio. Vini ed altre bevande sono conteggiati a parte. Inutile dire che è stato un successo. Alla prossima!

I went with my husband for a romantic dinner, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes are definitely refined in flavor and aesthetics, the environment and soft atmosphere. Very kind and discreet service. Absolutely recommended!

Very high quality fish and excellent dishes. Refined, intimate and welcoming environment. Medium/high prices but perfectly consistent with the quality offered. Absolutely recommended!

11/04/2025: Really excellent dishes, it's a shame that in addition to that there is also education. Whoever was at the checkout, I presume the owner, allowed himself to rudely tease in a loud voice so that we could all hear who was at the checkout and I assure you that as far as they were concerned they were neither friends nor relatives. With me personally there was nothing but between that and the rudeness with which he always made it clear in high tones to those who were still sitting at the table that they wanted to shut up, I really didn't like it. In the basic concept they were right but the ways in which they were exposed with arrogant and derogatory tones turned the situation on its head. Education and kindness make the difference in these situations. I hope this review helps to improve, given the quality and goodness of the dishes.

17/02/2025: I stopped for lunch after a visit to the castle of Fossano...fixed menu 🍽consisting of fresh pasta🍝 (tagliatelle) topped with pumpkin and sausage, roast 🍖with a side dish of potatoes🥔, onions🧅 and carrots🥕, dessert (off the menu) a chestnut delicacy🌰🍧🍨 with cream...like Mont Blanch...WIDE choice of 🍷🍷🍷 wonderful experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
