It is always a pleasure to taste the delicious dishes of the La Rupe Restaurant. Marco is a master in the kitchen, beyond the famous handmade "fregnacce", he also creates new dishes with local products. His sister Roberta supports him in preparing the first courses and side dishes. Excellent grilled meat. The service is impeccable. Don't forget the desserts, also homemade. All you have to do is try it. I forgot, good prices for the quality of the food.

Il locale è caratterizzato da un arredamento semplice e spartano, con uno stile tipico degli anni ’90 e pannelli in legno lungo le pareti. Consiglio di prenotare, in quanto sono stato durante la settimana e dalle 20:30 in poi il locale si è riempito rapidamente. Quando è affollato, il servizio tende a rallentare. Ho iniziato con un antipasto di pecorino in cartoccio accompagnato da pomodoro, che ricorda una fonduta di pecorino: un piatto indicato per chi apprezza il sapore deciso di questo formaggio. Come primi ho ordinato le classiche fregnacce al pomodoro e la Pecorara. Le fregnacce erano molto buone, con una pasta leggera, mentre la Pecorara, pur essendo più ricca e sostanziosa grazie alla ricotta e al guanciale, si è rivelata altrettanto gustosa ma più pesante. Per secondo ho scelto l’agnello al forno, ben preparato, accompagnato da patatine fritte tagliate artigianalmente, che ho trovato di ottima qualità. Ho anche provato il formaggio fritto, che però mi è sembrato piuttosto semplice e non particolarmente memorabile. I prezzi sono onesti, considerando che si tratta di una trattoria. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la cucina a vista, che permette di osservare i cuochi all’opera. In complesso, è stata un’esperienza piacevole che mi sento di consigliare.

Location located under the highway overpass has a nice sight. A family environment with around ten tables offering a variety of dishes with the menu written on large blackboards located on both sides of the restaurant. The kitchen is open to view where you can glimpse, among other things, how the pasta is prepared by hand. Excellent appetizers, exceptional artisan first courses, not to mention the second courses... lamb made in many ways, roast meat and much more... Modest prices for the goodness of what you taste and for the preparation of the dishes.

Ristorante carino, accogliente e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo di ottima qualità. Un solo punto nero purtroppo. Assolutamente troppo lunghi i tempi di attesa. Anche se ristorante abbastanza pieno, i tempi di attesa sono stati troppo lunghi. Lato da migliorare. Per il resto, consigliato.
