Today was a beautiful sunny day, and the seafront terrace of the Riva restaurant really invited us in. We ate well! I recommend it and we'll be back.

I go there regularly, I say I'm going to try another restaurant and then, no matter what, I decide to always return. The view is magnificent, the dishes are all delicious, without exception, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the Taranto cuisine is fabulous.

01/12/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in the world. Seriously. It’s down to earth. No, it’s not cheap, but it’s not outrageous either. It’s great dining. I’ve been here with friends, for a romantic meal for two, and by myself. I’ve always been treated well with super service by the same cameriere. He’s exceptional. Yeah, make a reservation like everywhere in Italy now. It helps them plan for the night. The waiter always gives good advice, welcomes you with prosecco, gives you a free amaro or two at the end of a meal.., I love the food, but the service makes it a real treat so that I’ll return to over and over again. Perfect location for excellent seafood. Interesting twists and all the regular options too. They’ll likely adapt to your dietary needs if you just ask respectfully. I overheard several ask for changes to the dishes and the chef made them without any issue whatsoever. 10/10
