I had the pleasure of having lunch at La Rima and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, with impeccable service attentive to every detail.
The dishes are a perfect balance between tradition and innovation: very fresh ingredients, expertly processed to enhance their flavours. Each course was a surprise, from the careful presentation to the intense and balanced flavours.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely adequate for the level of experience. Without a doubt, a restaurant to return to and that I recommend to anyone who wants to experience a high-level gastronomic journey!

Passing through Novara, we decided to try this restaurant attracted by the good reviews and the advice in the Michelin guide.
Needless to say, all the good things said about this place are true!
Excellent food, in the right portions and the quality of the raw materials is really high.
Professionalism and availability of the 2 girls who served us of the highest level, the introduction before each dish is a touch of class that really does not go unnoticed.
Congratulations again, keep up the good work and we will definitely be back❤️

It's been years since I've been to this restaurant, which in the meantime has changed its name, management and cuisine. The environment is not particularly elegant and refined, nor pretentious. It is that of a modernized trattoria and it is perhaps the thing that left the worst impression on me. For the rest I must say that we had a great time, the risottos were exceptional, the gnocchi tasty, the duck breast tender and cooked perfectly.
The service is very attentive and it is a pleasure to have received both amouse bouche and pre-desserts!
Good value for money, considering that we spent around €55 per person eating two dishes each with divided desserts, wine and bitters!
I would happily stay here again.

Dall'esterno è poco visibile, ma questo piccolo ristorante nel centro di Novara rappresenta un locale di qualità sotto ogni aspetto. Il menù offre soluzioni molto originali come presentazione e contenuto, mai banali. Antipasti, primi e secondi piatti (carne, pesce o vegetariani) sono di ottima qualità, per non parlare dei dolci, davvero speciali, come il gelato al pistacchio con all'interno mela "tatin". Il servizio è cortese e ed efficiente (sono tutti ragazzi che vengono dalla scuola alberghiera) e i prezzi in linea con l'offerta. Ci sono solo una decina di tavoli (ben apparecchiati), quindi è necessario prenotare.

Appuntamento ormai fisso a pranzo quando veniamo a Novare per una delle mostre al Castello, raggiungibile a piedi e parcheggio facile. Locale elegante ma senza eccessi con un numero contenuto di coperti (prenotare sempre), personale gentile, disponibile e preparato, cucina ricercata ma anche in questo caso senza esagerazioni, materia prima di qualità. Carta dei vini ampia, prezzo coerente. Senza dubbio una buona scelta.
