Ristorante la Pugliese In Altamura

Abbiamo pranzato presso “La Pugliese” durante una giornata ad Altamura. L’esperienza è stata discreta, senza particolari slanci ma con qualche piatto degno di nota. Le orecchiette con salsiccia e funghi sono state sicuramente il momento migliore del pranzo: ben preparate, con ingredienti freschi e un gusto equilibrato che valorizza i sapori della tradizione. Anche i simpatici dolcetti “sporcamuso” hanno regalato un tocco goloso e piacevole al pasto. Il resto del menù, pur offrendo opzioni interessanti, non ha lasciato la stessa impressione. Il servizio è stato cortese ma un po’ lento, forse a causa dell’affluenza. L’atmosfera del locale è semplice, adatta a un pranzo informale, ma senza elementi particolarmente distintivi. Nel complesso, un pranzo gradevole con qualche punto di forza, ma non indimenticabile.

We went for lunch on Sunday 3 November and ate well! Excellent fish, good starters and the first course, purely Altamura! Service guided by the waiter but to make clear the best that could be chosen! Well done! It's a place that has managed to redevelop itself over time! We were already in the 80s and 90s with my in-laws!

It is the second time that I return to this location and I had the confirmation that the restaurant had already given me the first time, excellent environment, good and local food, attentive and professional staff.

Excellent quality restaurant with forty years of experience in catering. Suitable for eating à la carte and for events. You can eat both sea and land both at the same level of quality. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
