We had lunch on the way back from the falls. Absolutely cute place. The owner and his son were extremely friendly and nice. Very high level lunch with high quality products (cheeses and cured meats of their own production). We really enjoyed eating. I highly recommend it. Quality and price in line.

What can I say… magical evening! I've been looking for a little place like this for years...and what a wonderful discovery! Excellent food all at km0 produced by dear Carlo and his partner, the best house wine ever heard and wonderful chats at the end of the evening, perhaps more than a dinner it was an experience, to say that I recommend it is an understatement, an obligatory stop, I can't wait to go back!

Questo ristorante è l'inizio di un'esperienza davvero particolare...accolti da un cartello ben visibile che scoraggia qualsiasi visitatore pretenzioso o supponente, abbiamo accettato la sfida incontrando Carlo, il proprietario, assolutamente originale e fuori dalle righe: uomo di grande umanità, svariate esperienze di vita ma nel contempo dalle idee chiarissime sulla vita e i rapporti umani! Abbiamo mangiato tortelloni favolosi, deliziose fettuccine piccanti, genuina carne alla griglia ed ottime bruschette con olio novello in un ambiente decisamente rustico ed informale. I prezzi sono assolutamente contenuti! Abbiamo anche acquistato da lui, allevatore orgoglioso, della ricotta fresca e del pecorino. Chi fosse invogliato ad andarvi sappia che le porzioni sono abbondantissime. Il tutto condito dalla personalità asciutta ma benevola di Carlo. Torneremo a trovarti, Carlo! Grazie...

Questo posto ci ha stregati. Il proprietario é di una gentilezza disarmante, ci ha accolti come se fossimo degli amici. Abbiamo preso un tagliere del contadino (credo di non aver mai mangiato un tagliere così buono in vita mia credetemi) e delle salsicce alla brace. Tutto squisito. Servizio superlativo. Assolutamente torneremo a trovare ormai il nostro nuovo amico. Grazie 💙

We went here, my partner and I, for dinner on a 2-day getaway: the place is welcoming and familiar, the food is genuine and tasty, all surrounded by impeccable service, it's a joy for the palate!

Pleasant discovery! An excellent restaurant with typical, local and genuine products. The cold cuts and cheeses for the appetizer are produced directly by them. The first courses and desserts made with high quality raw materials are also delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are not high. The owner is friendly and very attentive to the customer. We didn't taste the second courses, it will be an opportunity to return!

04/11/2024: Stuck on the motorway since 4.30pm, I decide to go out to "gain" time and then have dinner. I book with the well-known app (I refrain from saying what I think) and head to the "chosen" restaurant. Outside the door I am amazed to find the restaurant closed (luckily for me) and with the good, dear, old habit I ask a native where I can have dinner. Fortunately, I am directed to this place. Already at the reception the harmony is struck. Good and very polite guys, they make us feel like family. For dinner we had clear ideas and so we didn't delve into the menu, but I saw some first courses that if they were half as good as they looked, that was already enough. However we consumed a house appetizer with good cured meats as well as cheeses. The "focaccia" to accompany it all (perhaps without yeast) was particular but it was so good that I won't tell you. Followed by just 1 kg of "local" fat from a good person, but a good one that I won't tell you about. Two desserts made by them and 1 liter of house wine (from a nearby winery) which is a full 8 for the price/quality ratio. The nice thing was the chat while I waited for the bill. The freshly cooked chestnuts offered and the tasting of the new oil on the bruschetta were very welcome. The price is more than honest. I will definitely return more than once.
