It has been an unparalleled culinary experience. Carlo's treatment was UNBEATABLE. A very kind, nice and generous man. The dishes are a delight. All the dishes he offers are made with ingredients that he himself produces and takes care of, they are his own. This explains the magnificent variety of dishes and flavors it offers. I recommend going there, it's quite an experience!

Carlo and Valeria, two people who will remain in our memories when we think back to our first visit to Terni! Exquisite, kind, simple people "as we like them". People who love what they do, delighting the palates of those who are welcomed by them. Thank you, you will definitely be a motivation to return to this area. We started with a copious appetizer of cured meats and cheeses characterized by high authenticity, first courses with homemade pasta, delicious second courses, quality meat, the chicken was delicious and the scrambled with truffle space, fresh eggs and excellent truffles. Finally, the delicious apple pie, it should be underlined that everything is made by them and when this is not the case they are products from the area, as well as the excellent house wine, all to underline the careful choices in selecting the products used. A restaurant where it feels like being at home, the attentive service and the quality of the products are 10 stars!

Homely location, when you arrive with the navigator it is difficult to see the restaurant. Rustic, home-style cuisine, the Chianina tagliatelle are excellent as is everything else. The menu is handwritten and with few but good things. The ricotta with honey served as dessert is spectacular. 25/07/2024 Carlo and his Primula confirm themselves as a genuine restaurant, every year that we return to the Valnerina they are a fixed and obligatory stop!

Extraordinary! I return here after two years and...same friendliness, excellent homemade food and at reasonable prices. The owner and his wife make this place a gem.

Excellent food and service, excellent quality and quantity, the place is not very refined but the what is surpassed by the freshness of the products and the professionalism of the manager and his wife who is in the kitchen, excellent value for money. Dopo una visita alle cascate ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante a conduzione familiare ottimo in tutto prodotti a km zero lavorati in maniera semplice e genuina da tornare sicuramente oste simpatico e dedito al suo lavoro

Ottimo tagliere con abbondanza di salumi. Tutti ottimi, ottima anche la bruschetta condita con olio di Montefalco. Eccezionale la pirofila con formaggio primo sale al forno, il tutto servito assieme ad un vinello eccellente. Per finire amaro alle erbe. Eccellente il servizio del signor Carlo, gentile e simpatico
