Everything is exceptional! The owner is the actor on stage in his theater! He loves his job and does it only with Love!!! His wife is in the kitchen and her dishes are divine. We ate the ricotta and spinach cannelloni made by her, NOT EVEN MY GRANDMOTHER MADE THEM THIS GOOD!
The exquisite meat. We will return to taste their ricotta, from their sheep! IF YOU PASS THROUGH TERNI, NARNI, LE CASCATE YOU CAN'T NOT STOP HERE!

A wonderful place immersed in nature, we were served by Gabriele who was impeccable, I ate a plate of fettuccine with truffle that made me dream and as a second course a breathtaking mixed roast (when he says he makes the best hamburger in the world he is right)

Genuine family-run restaurant, the owner is very kind and produces directly cured meats, meats and vegetables on his property. Homemade pasta made to perfection. Prices of first and second courses slightly above average but largely justified by the quality of the raw materials and the abundance of the portions. Water, coffee and covers on the contrary, at very honest prices. If we were to return to the area we would definitely know where to stop to eat!!

A pleasant discovery, delicious dishes with first choice local raw materials served with the meticulousness and kindness of Carlo, the owner, and prepared by his wife.
The two of us, with my wife, had a rustic appetizer, fettuccine with Chianina ragù, pappardelle with wild boar and sausages with sautéed chicory. House wine, coffee and amaro.
A real treat was the bottle of mineral water offered to us by Carlo for the return trip, a sign of attention and care towards the customer.

Non sono di Terni eppure è un must fermarsi a mangiare qui. I prodotti sono ottimi e l’accoglienza è sempre calorosa.
