Ristorante La Pineta In Gioiosa marea

10/10/2025: We stayed here for the first two days and the last day of a tour. The motto: great at the front, terrible at the back. We had a "handicapped room" for two nights. Large, with a balcony and a sea view. It was fine! On the last day, we had a room at the back. Small, with a view of slum-like alleys. Water reached the middle of the bathroom when we showered. On the day of departure, at 6:15 a.m. (it was still dark outside), the power outage in the room! We had to pack our suitcases using our cell phone lights! Later, we received no response, apology, or anything like that at reception. And why can't they replace this "balcony furniture"?

28/09/2025: Hotel with a beautiful beachfront setting. Impeccable room cleanliness. Lack of courtesy and helpfulness towards guests. No empathy from the staff. An experience not to be repeated.
