Really nice hotel just a few blocks from Ortigia. The service is very welcoming and there for anything you might need. The room was large and had everything you could need. Just one note on noise, if your room is on the first floor (2nd in the US), you may hear breakfast/dinner service. Not ideal but nothing I could do about that! The only stress we had was trying to find parking in the morning to load the luggage when we were leaving, but that is just the dynamic of the area and still far easier than somewhere within Ortigia itself.

Compliments for all! The service was top-notch and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Special shout-out to Martina, Valentina, and Gabriele. Thanks to the talented chef Valentina Gali for her subtle cuisine that delighted our taste buds. I highly recommend it!

This hotel stands out for its friendly staff and atmosphere, and the breakfast was European-style, which may be unfamiliar to Koreans, but it felt elegant and well-equipped. Modern rooms spacious by Euro standards. Excellent breakfast. Close to all the attractions.
