Getting there is a bit tricky, but once you're there, you forget about everything. The service is excellent, the pizza is truly excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Worth a try.

The place is nice, the staff friendly. For my money, the service was a bit slow (before ordering, but from ordering to the pizzas arriving, it was lightning-fast). Unfortunately, after an hour, our plates still hadn't been cleared, so we left without dessert or coffee. There are many gluten-free options. The pizza was good. All in all, I recommend it.

05/01/2026: Very well-kept hotel, kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast, excellent restaurant, congratulations
05/01/2026: A recently renovated hotel in the village of Corteno Golgi, with refined and elegant decor. The room, and especially the bathroom, isn't huge, but it's spacious and well-organized, clean, and offers a view of the surrounding mountains. The common/relaxation areas on the first floor are also very nice (incredibly underused by other guests!), especially the "whisky and cigar" room and the spa, which must be booked separately. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with good quality and a wide selection of menus. Breakfast is varied, plentiful, and fresh (better than the average 3-star hotel). Parking is available nearby. Corteno is certainly not one of Lombardy's most renowned towns, but it offers plenty of scenery and beautiful hikes, close to Aprica and Tonale. Kudos to these young, capable, and welcoming owners.
