Excellent experience in Siena. Away from the main square, excellent food, great service and, a rare thing in Italy, decent clean bathrooms. Everything was excellent.

We found it somewhat by chance while wandering around Siena, and were welcomed into a very well-maintained restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The house platter was excellent, featuring typical Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, and a couple of bruschettas (delicious). We didn't order a first course, but I highly recommend both the tagliata (perfectly cooked, very tender meat) and the battuto (beef mince) with pecorino and truffle cream. We'll definitely be back to try more!

The service was amazing, got a warm welcome from the staff. You enter and are directly met with the kitchen and wonder about the seating. But as you walk in and pass the kitchen you are met with a lovely dining hall. I rated the food "okay" because we expected a bit more from the food. Still many thanks for the hospitality.

Hands down the best place we’ve eaten in the last week and a half in Italy! Great antipasto, Tagliatta di Manzo and Giuncia. The staff is very kind, the place is cozy and the prices are good. If it wasn’t our last night in Siena, we would definitely come back. Grazie mille!

31/03/2026: Good Italian food, good service and a very pleasant atmosphere
22/03/2026: Even though it's located in a large square with plenty of parking, parking can be a bit difficult (luckily, I found it). There are a few steps to access the restaurant, but otherwise, it's a welcoming place with excellent staff who make you feel at ease. Lunch was enjoyable, highlighting the excellent cured meats on offer, especially Cinta Senese. The cacio e pepe pici were a bit subdued, in my opinion being too oily and not creamy enough. Overall, not bad, considering the price and quality-to-price ratio. I'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: The beef fillet was incredibly tender. Absolutely divine! The sea bream was also very good. A little more of the side dish would have been nice.
