We were received with great kindness. The sommelier whose advice is perfectly sound is a fine connoisseur and speaks French (or Spanish or English) fluently.
Tuscan cuisine is prepared with experience and taste, worthy of the greatest gastronomy. I recommend the artichoke and truffle tortellini ravioli, incredible. It's fine, light.
Then beef tagliata with rocula and potatoes, perfectly cooked (blue), accompanied by a Castillo di Ama 2015 found at the bottom of the cellar.

Excellent restaurant! I had lunch and dinner there when I was a kid and played in Serie D for San Gimignano about 25 years ago. It was already very beautiful at the time and has remained so. Excellent food and excellent staff. Advised!

Quality restaurant, stands out for original, delicate dishes of the right quantity, originality and speed of service... reasonable price. Offered 2 glasses of Vin Santo, a rare thing in San Gimignano. Worth it but not in high season...

San Gimignano è una chicca, e facendo due passi abbiamo incrociato questo splendido locale.
Con gli amici ancora ricordiamo i fantastici Pici con broccoli acciuga e mollica!!! Al punto che la fiorentina da 1.4kg è quasi passata in secondo piano.
Personale molto cortese e appassionato, capace di di raccontare i piatti (uso farine di grani antichi mixate con farine bianche a locali).
