Ristorante La Mandragola In San gimignano

A little "hidden" place but worth discovering. Highly recommended. Excellent service, super food. We will definitely return.

It's a beautiful restaurant! We went for the first time with my girlfriend on February 14, 2024, we came to visit San Gimignano and we found this fantastic restaurant! We have never tried anything like it, every dish is so delicious, the combination of flavors is so special, we really liked it! All starters, first courses, second courses, are delicious! We took the tasting menu and tasted almost everything. So good liver pâté, pasta with white cinta senese ragù, also onion pie with salted butter ice cream and parmesan sauce was delicious, the combination of flavors is amazing! Besides the delicious food, the service is great, the waiters are very friendly, we were very happy. And after in September we returned to this restaurant, because after another time this restaurant has become our favorite and the most delicious!

Quality restaurant in San Gimignano. Excellent location, nice and particular environment! Impeccable service, quality of the dishes could be improved given the medium-high prices.

Andrea is a wonderful, kind and helpful person! A super dinner, we chose the tasting menu, as well as top quality and price, one course was better than the other! A real delight. We spent a wonderful evening, pampered in this wonderful restaurant in the heart of San Gimignano. We will definitely be back! See you soon

Completely in love with this restaurant, the beautiful patio they have, full of plants. Amazing food, super friendly waiters. A little more expensive than the other restaurants, but nothing excessive. And in San Gimignano, one of my favorite towns in all of Italy! 🇮🇹 Of course: AMAZING vegetarian options 🌱

San Gimignano is a gem, and while taking a walk we came across this splendid place. With friends we still remember the fantastic Pici with broccoli, anchovies and breadcrumbs!!! To the point that the 1.4kg Florentine has almost faded into the background. Very courteous and passionate staff, capable of explaining the dishes (I use ancient grain flours mixed with local white flours). Not to be missed

San Gimignano è una chicca, e facendo due passi abbiamo incrociato questo splendido locale. Con gli amici ancora ricordiamo i fantastici Pici con broccoli acciuga e mollica!!! Al punto che la fiorentina da 1.4kg è quasi passata in secondo piano. Personale molto cortese e appassionato, capace di di raccontare i piatti (uso farine di grani antichi mixate con farine bianche a locali). Da non perdere

We went to eat in this restaurant but I was disappointed, 5 of us had two platters, nothing special, two good first courses but the portions were small, the same thing for the second courses was nothing special and the cut was stringy. We finished with desserts and the price was excessive for two platters, two first courses, three second courses and desserts, 46 euros per person

Siamo stati qua per un pranzo , siamo stati benissimo , cameriere con il codino eccezionale , ci ha consigliato un vino particolare e buonissimo , sicuramente ritorneremo . Consigliatissimo 😍😍
