What can I say... impeccable service, and I'd even add that perfect touch beyond the formality!!! The appetizer and first course were perfect in every detail, especially the meat (1.2 kg), the quality and cooking were excellent. The price? If you eat this well, the host sets the price and it doesn't matter, but it's fair with the prices clearly displayed... perhaps a little low for the service and quality. It's best to book, even if they keep adequate space and reservations between tables. Congratulations.

Just steps from the station, intrigued by the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch at the Braciere Malatesta restaurant. It's a beautiful and welcoming place, and the staff was very courteous and attentive! The dishes we chose were very carefully prepared and excellent, so I can say I was very satisfied! Recommended.

This is my third visit, and this restaurant has proven to be a sure thing; I've always been thrilled! We decided to try the Florentine-style heifer steak, and we were thrilled. The service was quick, taking into account the cooking time, the staff were friendly and helpful in recommending the best choice, and the atmosphere was spacious. The steak was simply wonderful. Tender, rare (exactly what we requested). Definitely recommended; I'll definitely be back for a fourth time! :)

We ran into this restaurant as there was a torrential downpour and it was the first one we came to. However, what a great stoke of luck that was for us, as it was absolutely amazing!! The food was sublime & the litre of red wine was only €18 and it was beautiful. 10/10 from us.

Not a place to eat Pizza, it's similar as Pizza Hut. Polpettines were good but not the best. Less expensive wines on the card were not available, so the cheapest was at 30 Euros. After 12 days in Italy, it was our biggest deception. We ate at much better places in Florence for the same price.

Family-run for three generations, this spacious, beautiful, and welcoming restaurant, although you wouldn't know it from the outside, is a real gem. Excellent quality meat and traditional dishes. A special mention for the pork loin, truly delicious, as is the Chianina beef carpaccio. Excellent value for money. An added bonus is the warm welcome from the host.

Highly recommended. The pappardelle with ragu were amazing. I've rarely had such good food. Fast service despite the restaurant being packed. Prices were fair.

06/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questa osteria e l'esperienza è stata ottima. Per cominciare, il locale è molto carino e accogliente. Il personale è giovane, cortese e ottimo il servizio. Abbiamo ordinato tagliolini al tartufo (uno dei migliori mai mangiati), pici alla nana (buoni) e 2 tagliate con i porcini (ottime, cucinate bene). Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questa cena. Bravi!
11/09/2024: Bel ristorante in località Falciani, resede esterna molto accogliente, accoglienza buona, mise en place elegante ma non impegnativa..ottimo il menù con ampia presenza di piatti del territorio...qualità del cibo ottima e anche un buon servizio, attento e cordiale. Prezzi nella media.

19/10/2025: Ultimately, a disappointing experience. There were two of us, my wife and I, and we were seated next to the glass door leading to the kitchen, through which all the food passes into the dining room. I'll start by saying that I really like the open kitchen and it's a sign of great safety for the establishment, but a very effective ventilation system is needed, otherwise the odors leak into the dining room and confuse the diner's sense of smell (and also permeate my clothes; when I got back to the hotel, I had to hang them outside because of the strong smell). We ordered two fish tasting menus. The ingredients were certainly excellent, but neither dish was truly successful, as even the most complex ones failed to blend the flavors together: both the Prawns with lard, cream of potatoes with truffles, and the Black Cod, chestnut polenta, rosemary, and raisins showcased the individual flavors of the ingredients used, but not a unified taste. What a shame. P.S. We left the wine we bought by mistake and changed it, which is no coincidence. :)
