Be prepared for a significantly higher price due to the location! In return, you get a breathtaking view and the very best seafood. The cold, raw seafood antipasti were delicious!

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was stunning. We shared the Lasagna for lunch and it was the best we’ve ever had. The chef sent us some mussels in a dreamy sauce and then desert cookies when we were done. We highly recommend this restaurant!

This year we will explore the island of Sardinia with our second stop in Castelsardo. Dining at Amare was memorable. Excellent staff with perfect and professional explanation of the menu, the wine and the area with a little humor thrown in to entertain us. Silvia was delightful. Order the 7 sampler of appetizers for a taste of their specialties. The pork and seabass entrees were perfectly prepared and artfully presented. The spectacular view of the city was an added bonus. Do not miss this opportunity…..If you do, the have a restaurant in Milano too.

Came with mother and I have to say, managing restaurants myself, this has been a top 5 experience for me. Bob, Sylvia, and Carolina are incredible and take very careful attention to detail. Their love and passion for food and people translates through the experience seamlessly. Truly a gem and I look forward to returning one day. Also, you cannot beat the views and ambiance. Truly a 5 star experiences. Very thankful for their hospitality. Grazie mille.

16/10/2025: Family-run restaurant in the heart of Fertilia. The staff is friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, and the owner welcomes guests with warm hospitality and a smile. A wide selection of seafood dishes, as well as some meat options, are available. The Sardinian gnocchetti alla Campidanese, the fresh roasted calamari, and the fish fillet in white wine with creamed potatoes are excellent. The homemade crème brûlée is delicious! A place you'll want to return to, even just for the friendliness and family atmosphere. Highly recommended!

18/11/2025: Very positive experience both for the freshness and goodness of the food, but also for the welcome from the owner (I think), a polite and very professional girl, I have eaten there several times, the fried food excellent, the fregola super and the seadas with black dough and honey superlative, all top quality, I recommend it to everyone.
