In the heart of Brisighella, a charming and very well-kept restaurant. They sat us at the most comfortable table for our bulky furry friends. The food was excellent, with unusual pairings, a nice selection of wines, and the desserts were truly excellent, truly delicious!

My partner and I were there for dinner on Saturday, what can I say, we had confirmation of what a great place it is, we dined on the upper floor where the view of the cave makes the idea even better, the staff are extremely professional, the food is delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent, you absolutely have to try it.

The restaurant is beautiful, very intimate and welcoming. The friendly and knowledgeable staff put you at ease and make you feel right at home. The wine list is excellent. But the price/quality ratio is far below expectations. The menu has been revisited, with pairings that are too sweet (for my taste).

Superlative dinner offered to celebrate the first 10 years of business. A truly honorable gesture. It's a shame that shortly thereafter it became a place for those with budget constraints. I had to opt for other restaurateurs. It's a shame, but it's a choice that could also be perceived as acceptable customer selection, but not for me. Good luck!

We visited this restaurant during a village festival. The location was fantastic, the food excellent, and the service friendly and knowledgeable. The passatelli with truffles was fantastic, and the prices were average for the type of food served.

The baby cuttlefish stuffed with pumpkin and gingerbread will remain in our hearts. The setting is charming, housed in a quarry beneath the clock tower. Interesting find. The wait times, especially for appetizers and first courses, are truly excessive.

We shared the polpo antipasto. It was yummy, but the octopus was chewy. This is a difficult protein, so we just enjoyed the flavor. Then we shared the passatelli with Parmesan cream and truffles. It was delicious. Then for the secondi’s I had the pork cheek and my wife had the veal. While both were good, the sauces were so salty, we had to work to get the meat out of the sauces. This just should not happen. All sauces should be tasted by the chef.
