I've known La Grotta di Brisighella for many years and have enjoyed following its evolution. It has managed to innovate and reach an increasingly refined level of cuisine, without ever losing sight of the Romagna gastronomic tradition. The dishes are innovative, original, and meticulously crafted, with surprising pairings that never compromise on balance and flavor. The plating is elegant and meticulously crafted, and the quality of the ingredients is exceptional. Great care is evident in every preparation, right down to the bread baked in-house. The offerings for wine enthusiasts are particularly appealing: expertly crafted wine pairings highlight each course. The wine selection is also excellent. An ideal restaurant for those who love quality cuisine, innovative and refined yet deeply rooted in its roots. Professional and attentive service is complemented by a warm welcome. A restaurant worth discovering and always a pleasure to return to.

Absolut amazing food! Every dish had an insane amount of flavor. The Waiter was very knowlagdeable and likes to explain about the methods of the restaurant. You know that the food are going to be class when freshly baked warm bred is serves with the best olive Oil in Italy.

Exceeded expectations. Everything was excellent: from the service to the food. The octopus was perfectly cooked, the spaghetti with squid ink was delicious, and the dessert with three liquid chocolates was amazing! The only downside was the wait between courses (the restaurant was fully booked).

A hidden gem in the rock. Today we had lunch at La Grotta and the experience was simply wonderful. The restaurant is housed inside a real cave, a unique place that exudes an elegant, intimate, and evocative atmosphere. The refined setting is tastefully furnished with attention to detail, yet never overbearing. Every course was a pleasant surprise: carefully crafted, beautifully presented dishes that showcased quality ingredients with original and never banal combinations. From the homemade bread to the amuse-bouche, to the first courses, second courses, and desserts, everything was prepared with evident passion and expertise. The service was impeccable, professional yet friendly and welcoming. A place that manages to combine haute cuisine, atmosphere, and authenticity in a truly special setting. If you're passing through Brisighella, stopping here isn't just a recommendation: it's almost a must. Compliments to the entire staff; we'll definitely be back.

I had trouble ordering food due to the inconvenience of only being able to speak the local language, but I experienced fantastic service where they served me a house-provided starter.

I ate at "La Grotta" in Brisighella and was truly satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming and typically Romagna, with a warm and relaxing feel. All the dishes were prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, especially the homemade pasta and local specialties. The service was friendly and fast, always attentive without being intrusive. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. A perfect place for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. I will definitely be back!
