A very charming and intimate venue; even in summer, I recommend dining inside. For our first time, we decided to trust the Chef, choosing their Seafood Menu. I found it very balanced, alternating delicate dishes with bolder ones, truly enjoyable. I was truly satisfied because each element of the dish had its own flavor and didn't get lost when combined with the other ingredients. The sommelier, very knowledgeable and courteous, recommended an excellent rosé wine to pair with it. The only downside was the wait to order, almost 20 minutes, but the evening continued very pleasantly. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Have you ever happened upon a restaurant and decided to pop in for lunch? Today I was passing through Brisighella with my mom. We were struck by the restaurant's exterior and the name, which certainly had a story to tell. So we decided to go in for lunch. The restaurant is housed in a quarry... Stunning!!!!! For our entree, a delicious cream of celery soup with black sesame seeds and a drizzle of Brisighella DOP olive oil, offered on the house. For our first course, a saffron risotto with lamb, citrus fruits, and rosemary (excellent!!!!!)... I waited about twenty minutes, and I'm happy because it means the risotto was freshly prepared! For the second course (unfortunately I didn't take any photos), an excellent fried shrimp, calamari, and seasonal vegetables platter, and a stunning platter of select quality cured meats, pecorino, squacquerone, jam, piadina, and tigelle (I didn't particularly like the tigelle filling; it's actually the only thing I wasn't thrilled with, but maybe since I liked everything, I had to find fault with something! :D ). For dessert, a honey parfait with cashew brittle and goat ricotta cannoli with apricot jam. To finish, an excellent coffee. If I had to find a fault, it would be the coffee; I personally love a strong espresso, and unfortunately I didn't say so. Anyway, even a long one was perfect! Excellent service. The restaurant has an excellent wine selection (unfortunately, I had to travel a few miles so I didn't try anything). Prices are reasonable for the quality.

Il menu propone abbinamenti che esaltano il gusto di tutti gli ingredienti. La location è incantevole . I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità dei prodotti. Locale molto intimo e accogliente, all'interno di una grotta. Cibo curato e ricercato, saporito e cucinato in modo leggero. Dolci buonissimi e anche il caffè...una vera chicca! Staff gentile e attento...una vera coccola!
