Everyone was very kind and professional, the food was carefully crafted with local ingredients, and the dishes were elegant and well-crafted. The warm bread with local olive oil from centuries-old trees was heartwarming. The olive oil-based gelato was truly amazing.

A fairytale! A very evocative location inside a meticulously maintained chalk cave steeped in history. A fantastic experience, starting from the moment you enter, where they take your coat and greet you with a welcome appetizer; each dish is a small work of art, both visually and in flavor. Intero has a highly trained sommelier, and every waiter is friendly and knowledgeable about every dish on the menu. The local area is highlighted, from the warm homemade bread (served at the start) paired with Brisighella olive oil, to the pre-dessert. Recommended? Absolutely.

This place is incredible! Congratulations to all the staff. A charming place inside and out. We booked by mistake based on a chatgpt recommendation. We thought it was a different kind of place, as we were with four teenagers in fancy clothes, and when we arrived for dinner and saw the surroundings and the menu, we thought it was going to be a disaster for our group and our wallets. Nothing could have been further from the truth. It's true that it's not a cheap place and the dishes are exclusive, but they handled the teenagers' situation very well, and the experience was EXTRAORDINARY. Top-notch value for money! The food was fantastic, prepared with great care and professionalism. Everything was delicious. The place, the service, the temperature, the ambiance, and the extraordinary attention from the staff left us impressed. In the heart of Brisighella, a charming and very well-kept restaurant. They sat us at the most comfortable table for our bulky furry friends. The food was excellent, with unusual pairings, a nice selection of wines, and the desserts were truly excellent, truly delicious!
