I was just there for the Amway N21 event

Clean, basic rooms with attention to detail; friendly and welcoming staff. The proximity to the metro station makes getting around the city center easy. A welcoming and elegant hotel.

I stayed just one night. The hotel was nice and welcoming, the staff was quick and helpful. The room was small but equipped with all the comforts. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was good quality... perhaps the prices were a bit high for the quantity. The only downside was breakfast... the products weren't fresh. Anyway, for one night, at that price... it was fine!

I recommend! Friendly staff, fresh and rich breakfast. The only inconvenience was that the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom either didn't work or had nothing left inside and I had to get it from the one by the sink. I notified the reception, but they didn't check/refill. Otherwise, they came every day and put clean towels, put the vanity set, toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.

I stayed here for work, and my office is very close to this hotel. Therefore, I'd say its location is excellent, but it's in the EUR district, so it's not very close to the city center. However, the "Eur Fermi" stop is 400 meters from the hotel, which takes you to Termini station in 30 minutes. The hotel offers excellent service and well-maintained, modern rooms. The breakfast buffet is good, with a variety of sweet and savory options. I was fortunate enough to enjoy the beautiful La Nuvola convention center (designed by Fuksas) from my 5th-floor window.

Excellent hotel, clean and welcoming, with adequate and comfortable rooms. Excellent location, within walking distance of the various conference centers. Luggage storage is available after checkout, so you don't have to carry your suitcase around. Courteous and professional staff. Recommended.

Good rooms, excellent service. All in all, comfortable.

Excellent location, also close to the metro. Nice rooms, especially the recently renovated ones (the entire building is now practically complete). Very attentive and courteous staff. The on-site restaurant is good, as is the breakfast. Two complimentary bottles of water, which is a much-appreciated courtesy, especially in the summer.
