The meat is of the highest quality and very tender, the location is stunning, and the service is attentive and meticulous. Every time we come here from Bologna, we're always very satisfied.

We've been to this restaurant twice already. The staff is not only professional but also very friendly. We've tried almost everything, from pasta to meat. Everything was excellent. The Genziana appetizer was delicious. I think we'll definitely be back.

I'm from Pescara and I had already had lunch at the restaurant "La Genziana" this winter and the food had literally struck me! Especially the meat. I promised myself I would return to bring a friend too. And so it was, I returned yesterday and I can confirm that the food is delicious, the raw materials are excellent and the service impeccable. Highly recommended.

A very good restaurant where you can taste typical local products. The pasticcio di parate with truffle and caciotta a fusa and the braised pork with vinsanto and apricots were delicious. For dessert we had the local donuts. An experience to live!

Cena squisita! Ci sentiamo sempre a casa quando veniamo in questo ristorante. Vieni accolto benissimo a partire dal menu’ dove ti viene raccontata la storia di Marica e Alberto. La carne top!! La cucina migliore di sempre

30/07/2025: After a few years, I visited the restaurant's new location, which I've always loved and frequented. The new location is splendid! Especially during this time of year, I must say that dining outdoors in the evening has a unique charm. As always, the service is excellent, with Angela, the hostess, who immediately puts you at ease, and the staff, not only highly trained but also always ready to smile and take care of the table and the guests' needs. The food was EXCELLENT, just as I remembered. Everything was perfect!! Everything was top-notch, in an absolutely family-friendly atmosphere. Just one thing about this wonderful, renovated experience: the lack of Francesco's smile and friendliness, however, is more than made up for by the heart and quality of those who have inherited it! Congratulations, Angela, congratulations to everyone, it's impossible not to come back to "home." A big kiss, it was a pleasure to meet you again, and thanks to Ale and Mario, who made it possible for me to do so. You are unique... Pino di Sant'Oreste

25/06/2025: A corner of paradise found along the path of the Brigands.. here you can really recover your energy and enjoy the silence and nature that surrounds you. In addition, the very sweet Anna is also an excellent cook and delighted us with excellent dinners based on typical local products... Please, if you are passing by, do not forget to give the Casale's beautiful dogs a couple of "scratches"...
