Ristorante La Foresta In Rocca di papa

We ate at Ristorante La Foresta in March 2025. It is now August, and I still remember the fabulous meal. We were staying in a nearby B&B on a Monday night, and this was the only restaurant open in the area. We were very hungry and wanted to eat as early as possible. I checked to make sure that 7:30 pm was ok (because it is on the early side for Italy) and also asked if we could be very casually dressed in such an elegant place. We were warmly welcomed by the host. We later found out that this is a favorite place for hikers of the Via Sacre close by. Everything was delicious, but what I especially remember is the Pavlova all'Arancia. It was exquisite both in presentation and taste, especially the candied orange. The service was superb despite our lack of Italian. Our waiter was extremely patient and solicitous. Can't wait to go back. It's worth a special trip.

We chose La Foresta as our wedding venue! I have to say, everything was amazing, from the food to the organization, all under the supervision and kindness of Antonella! The value for money is excellent! The sunset aperitif and the after-dinner drinks with the lights by the pool were stunning! If you're looking for a venue with top-quality food in a magical setting, this is the place! Thanks again for everything!!

We got married on July 25th and everything was perfect. Our guests still compliment us on the location and the delicious food. Antonella was always available to help us plan every single detail and was there for us until the very end. I absolutely recommend this location, which is also very beautiful, spacious, and evocative, especially at night.

We celebrated our wedding at La Foresta on July 31, 2025, a wonderful location with meticulous attention to detail. The refined, high-quality buffet followed by the amazing dinner. My compliments to Antonella, who looked after and guided us, making us feel pampered and placing her remarkable expertise at our complete disposal. A special and unique person who made my daughter Arianna and my son-in-law Matteo's wedding truly unforgettable. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, Nadia.

We celebrated our wedding at La Foresta restaurant on July 5, 2025, at 5:00 PM with about 80 guests. The food was excellent: a generous aperitif buffet featuring local products, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, beef ravioli, and sliced beef. Alessandro and Antonella were available for over a year, answering our questions, always with flexibility, promptness, precision, and expert advice, which allowed us to enjoy the event with complete peace of mind. We had an event filled with performances and printed gifts/speeches for the guests, and only thanks to them were they carried out with such precision. On the wedding day, they and the maître d' Marco ensured that everything ran according to plan, adhering to the agreed-upon timetable. The waiters were extremely kind and attentive to the guests, expertly serving the dishes even during dancing and performances. Our guests came from different countries and all appreciated the excellent food, especially the meat, and the beautiful, meticulously maintained location (the garden where we held the civil ceremony and took photos in the forest, the aperitif by the pool, the very elegant Sala Regina, and the cake and dancing by the pool). We didn't even suffer from the heat because the venue is strategically located near the forest and in a cooler area.

It's not the first time I've had dinner at La Foresta, always welcoming and with great quality food.

Diciamo che è IL ristorante di famiglia, in quanto ci siamo affidati a questo locale in varie ricorrenze. Il tutto, se non ricordo male, è nato quando, nell'estate del 1998, volemmo fare un pranzo in famiglia come ricorrenza dei 25 anni di matrimonio di mia madre e mio padre. E mio padre, appunto, ricordandosi di una cena di lavoro ormai "vecchia" di anni, propose La Foresta visto il suo felice ricordo. Che dire; è un ristornate molto bello in tutto, sia negli interni - ampi e spaziosi - che negli esterni. Questi ultimi sono caratterizzati da ampi parcheggi divisi da siepi sempre ben curate, un viale di ingresso in sampietrini e dei grossi cancelli di entrata ed uscita. Da qualche anno a questa parte, poi, possiamo trova una piccola e moderna cascata. Per proseguire, inoltre, con larghi e comodi spazi all'aperto per prendere gli aperitivi. Il cibo l'ho sempre trovato molto buono. Primi e secondi sempre perfetti, sia nell'impiattamento che nel gusto. E non male, secondo il mio punto di vista, il vino "Ferri" che - se non erro - è prodotto dall'azienda vinicola degli stessi proprietari del ristorante. Ultimamente (Maggio 2025), proprio riguardo al vino, ho bevuto il bianco "Muraie" nella cena per la Cresima di mia nipote. I prezzi, infine, sono correlati al locale.

Un evento davvero memorabile, da portare per sempre nel cuore. Abbiamo festeggiato la Prima Comunione di nostra figlia Franca nella maniera più strepitosa che potessimo immaginare. La location è davvero eccezzionale e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il cibo gustoso e il servizio impeccabile, accompagnato da una selezione di vini di tutto rispetto, hanno coronato una giornata da sogno. Il prezzo non è trascurabile ma assolutamente adeguato al prodotto di primissima qualità che viene offerto. Da consigliare sicuramente.
