Small, family-run restaurant. A few dishes, but very good. Prices are slightly high but acceptable. They might be a bit of a problem if you have a dog and it's not very quiet.

We discovered La Foce during a stroll through the heart of Scanno, and immediately felt at home. We tried the cazzellitti con le fuoja (a type of pasta) and the sagnette con i fagioli (a type of pasta with beans): extraordinary dishes, prepared with such care and love that you can taste in every bite. Everything is homemade and cooked to order, a true culinary experience! The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the owners were extremely kind and welcomed us with great warmth. It's clear that a tradition is being carried on here with passion and dedication. We were delighted and can't wait to return. A must-see for anyone visiting Scanno who wants to enjoy authentic local cuisine.

We had dinner, a warm welcome, an appetizer with exceptional ingredients, then we had the cezzellitti with broccoli, which were delicious, the fries were amazing, the arrosticini excellent, and the cabbage was a real surprise. We'll definitely return. The owner's friendliness put us at ease.

Excellent place for both food and service. The first courses are extraordinary, and the arrosticini are simply sublime. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Several locals recommended this restaurant to me for its arrosticini and its home-made cuisine... And I have to say it is... they are the best I have ever eaten in the area... Soft and juicy... excellent homemade pasta, the best French fries I have ever eaten... Try it and believe it... The place is all in wood... The interior is very unique, with flags, hats, and everything... But very clean... Family-run, genuine, kind people, go there... I will definitely be back... Fantastic father and son. They make you feel at home.

Last night my partner and I went to dinner at this restaurant. It was a welcoming place with a homey feel. The service was fast, friendly, and approachable. The food was good and authentic. The cabbage was spectacular, and the salmon trout was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! Well done, well done!

Tipica trattoria di Scanno a gestione familiari. Piatti della buona cucina abruzzese. Da non perdere gli arrosticini, gli spaghetti alla chitarra con fiori di zucca e ricotta e l'agnello.

They immediately made us feel at ease, as if we were at home. The pool was the highlight of the day: spotlessly clean and well-maintained, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. The surrounding area was well-organized, with loungers and umbrellas ensuring the right amount of comfort. But the real highlight was the cuisine, absolutely exquisite. The menu offered traditional dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every course was a pleasure for the palate, from the starters to the main courses, right down to the delicious dessert. It was a day of relaxation and good food, thanks to the owners' professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special day away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We've been back and will be back again.
