I came without reservation and it was full booked. Luckely the Team put effort to find a solution and we ate there. It was amazing the food and the ambiente was stunning. The food is so tasty and the cats there are lovely. The whole team served us very well especially Antonio and Alessia i felt very comfortable. Thank you so much :)

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, with attentive and friendly service. The dishes were a pleasant surprise: fresh ingredients and elegant presentation. The highlight is definitely worth trying... their specialty "Ficarigna," with freshly prepared flambé, fascinating to look at and taste. Recommended

In a very welcoming and refined atmosphere, you can enjoy excellent dishes. The service is very attentive. The highlight is the pasta flambéed in a spectacular Grana Padano wheel. Highly recommended!

Ottimo ristorante con pietanze varie e molto gustose. In particolare gli spaghetti alla ficarigna fatti alla fiamma in mezza forma di formaggio grana. Ma anche altre varietà di pietanze sono buone. Lo consiglio vivamente, ne vale la pena Il personale è molto professionale e gentile.

01/09/2025: Great place, we had a great time at Anima e Cuore. Smiling and attentive waiters, very pleasant. The dishes were very good, up to our expectations. A menu offering pizzas as well as typical Salento land and sea specialties. I recommend 100%!
31/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in Galatina! So glad we found it. Here you can try an elevated take on Salentino cuisine. The atmosphere in an old palazzo is unique and elegant!
