Although the restaurant "La Ficarigna" was once an institution throughout Salento, it also represents the culinary art of our Salento cuisine. I wanted to celebrate my birthday in this paradise because I knew I'd make a great impression. The owner and all the staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The raw materials used were excellent, both in terms of freshness and quality. I can only return every now and then on Sundays for lunch to enjoy other delicacies, despite the considerable distance. Well done everyone, and see you next time. 👏👏👏
