Another lovely evening tonight. This time we sat inside and enjoyed it even more than outside. The atmosphere is always refined and the service attentive. Linguine with mussels, friggitelli peppers, and pecorino cheese were all delicious. The fried and grilled fish was excellent. The fondant was also very good. Reasonable prices, recommended.

We went to dinner at this restaurant during our stay in Puglia.
We ordered a seafood salad as an appetizer (good, but nothing special). We continued with two first courses: shrimp ravioli with scampi sauce (still good, but the filling was a bit lost in the sauce) and the house dish, "Ruota Flambata - a reinterpretation of cacio e pepe" (literally spectacular, both visually and in terms of flavor).
We then ordered a cuttlefish skewer with Colonnata lardo for our second course (very good) and finished with a tiramisu.
Overall, the food was very good, and the place was very charming and romantic (a little pricey for what we ate, but you pay for quality).
Highly recommended!

A truly well-kept place, the staff are kind and helpful, the food is perfectly flavorful, and the attention to detail is hard to match.
The bill was reasonable for the amount consumed.
A special mention for this establishment, which pays homage to Italian cuisine in such an excellent way.

Il borgo di Specchia vale una visita, così come questo ristorante. Situato in campagna, appena arrivati colpisce per il bel giardino che ha per protagonista assoluto il fico d'India (la ficarigna in dialetto salentino) e per la grande sala interna che regala un'atmosfera intima e rilassante. Il cibo è all'altezza della location: piatti di qualità, eseguiti alla perfezione, semplici ma decisi e con materie prime locali. Accoglienza di livello. Personale di sala cortese e preparato nella descrizione delle portate. Consigliato.

Locale ampio e caratteristico, offre piatti eseguiti perfettamente e davvero molto gustosi. I ragazzi di sala sono molto professionali e cortesi. Prezzi congrui con l'offerta.
