We took a land-sea starter, nice, good... the first was the "ficarigna" specialty, pasta creamed in the form of parmesan... more scene than anything else... the pasta was good, you can see it's made by them, but overall very heavy, a welcoming and well-kept place, fast and kind service.

I return to have lunch at this place after a few years. Still excellent quality/price ratio, professional and competent staff, highly respectable location (Specchia is one of the most beautiful municipalities in the Province of Lecce) and in general a warm welcoming atmosphere... Congratulations!

Really very very nice restaurant, an internal and an external room, we were outside and it was beautiful. Very spacious tables, comfortable chairs, candles on the table, a truly beautiful evening. We took the mixed starter, there are 9 really excellent mixed seafood and land tastings and for the second course the sea bass in a potato crust, the sea bass melted in your mouth and the potatoes were crunchy. The service was fast and perfect. The waiters are all really kind and smiling. Super super recommended.

5 stars more than deserved. Large, very clean and tidy environment. Abundant dishes with quality raw materials!
Their "speciality" should definitely be tasted at least once, both because it is spectacular and because it is actually a dish that deserves just as much as everything else!
I just wanted to make a couple of small reservations:
The customer should certainly be advised, not forced to eat less or more depending on what the waiter says, on the other hand he pays, so it is right that he orders the desired quantity.
In my opinion it is not nice for waiters to make notes and/or comments on diners when they are near another table where these other customers listen to everything.
Finally, the bathrooms were really cold despite the day being hot outside. I didn't see any radiators so maybe even a heater for when the babies are changed on the changing table, it would be nice if there were. (I'm speaking as a mother but not about newborns, so certainly not a problem that affects me personally at the moment, at the same time it's a consideration I made and I felt like telling you).
I hope you understand the meaning of everything I wanted to "note". Precisely because you are a nice restaurant, you must aim for excellence! Go ahead guys!

The food is excellent, specialties of Ficarigna, flambe pasta cooked in the shape of parmesan, a truly unique flavour, then the sliced mushrooms and many other delicious things. Friendly and professional staff, it doesn't get better than this.
