We had dinner there for the first time and everything was excellent. The staff was professional and extremely kind! The Pasta flambata, freshly prepared in front of me, was not only delicious but also beautiful to look at—a reason to return!

We went to this restaurant with friends, everything we ate was delicious. The waiters are very kind and prepared. We had the house specialty, the flambée pasta in the shape of parmesan, one of us had the paccheri with cherry tomatoes and prawns, fillets of sea bass in a potato crust and pork fillet with cardoncelli mushrooms. Everything was excellent, well cooked, cooked to perfection and plated very well. To finish, a dessert of puff pastry chantilly and strawberries super good. The service was fast and attentive. We paid the right amount. I recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Il borgo di Specchia vale una visita, così come questo ristorante. Situato in campagna, appena arrivati colpisce per il bel giardino che ha per protagonista assoluto il fico d'India (la ficarigna in dialetto salentino) e per la grande sala interna che regala un'atmosfera intima e rilassante. Il cibo è all'altezza della location: piatti di qualità, eseguiti alla perfezione, semplici ma decisi e con materie prime locali. Accoglienza di livello. Personale di sala cortese e preparato nella descrizione delle portate. Consigliato.

Locale ampio e caratteristico, offre piatti eseguiti perfettamente e davvero molto gustosi. I ragazzi di sala sono molto professionali e cortesi. Prezzi congrui con l'offerta. Molto consigliato.

06/06/2025: Small restaurant with great food. Friendly service. You can also order a course dinner and then order your wishes a la carte. 4 course dinner for €45,- with a glass of bubbles.
27/05/2025: They couldn’t have been more welcoming even though we arrived at the late end of the “lunch hour”. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend!

10/07/2025: First dinner, charming place, excellent food, and super fair wine prices. Beautiful setting and lovely village. We'll be back!
09/07/2025: Small, cozy restaurant with excellent food. Everything was truly delicious. We had the mixed fried fish, which was excellent with a very thin layer of fried fish. The seafood salad was perfectly cooked with tender calamari, and the pasta was also excellent.
