We returned for the second time and we are more satisfied than the first, the food is superb and the owners and staff are super helpful and kind, if you are passing through the area don't miss the opportunity to stop by.

La Falda is a fantastic restaurant with many delicious dishes. The pasta is especially recommended. We've eaten here several times on different vacations, and the quality is always consistently excellent. The very friendly and attentive waitress, who remembered us even a year later, made our visit a wonderful experience. :)

It's a bit of a struggle to get there, but it's definitely worth it. In the heart of the Nebrodi Mountains, excellent meat specialties with prompt service. I'll be back.

I didn't expect to find such an excellent pizzeria restaurant in the heart of the Nebrodi Mountains (San Basilio). The owners' kindness and the good food, not to mention the wine cellar, make for a perfect lunch or dinner. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch at this restaurant after the hike to the Catafurco Waterfall. We had appetizers and a first course. Everything was delicious. We ate in the modern-furnished upper room, as there was a First Communion there, but the owners told us there's a smaller, more rustic room downstairs. I recommend it. Its location is excellent for those who want to hike to the waterfalls and walk the trail.

23/10/2025: We loved the food at this restaurant. Everything was fast and delicious. Sitting by the sea, it was very romantic. At first, we were hesitant about the film around the tables, but then we realized it was a great idea, as cars drive nearby, and the film allows you to eat without breathing in exhaust fumes. The only downside is that the toilet stall doesn't close, but I think this is temporary and will be fixed soon. 😇Otherwise, everything is fine. Good luck to you 🎉

07/08/2025: After two weeks in Taormina, we discovered this hidden gem on our last day and what a wonderful surprise! The warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the kind family who runs the place made us feel right at home. The food was exactly what we needed: comforting and full of flavor. The vegetable soup was absolutely delicious, the lamb cotoletta was tender and perfectly cooked, and the tagliatelle and swordfish rolls were just fantastic. On top of all that, the prices were the best we found in Taormina — great quality without the tourist mark-up. I only wish we had found this place sooner! Highly recommended.
