Really nice place in the middle of Tuscan hills. Simple decor but great food. Only one small remark, the chocolate suffle was a bit too overdone but the rest, including wine, was great.

The tempura was a bit dry and the pici were just a small plate. 50 euros (with a glass and dessert) maybe too much

Unfortunately there was a little irritation with the wine accompaniment. An employee showed little flexibility when I asked for an alternative to the Prosecco on offer. Instead of suggesting a paid alternative, he insisted that the wine pairing be that way - including instructions about which wine would supposedly go better with the next course. In a hotel of this class, I would have liked a more open, customer-oriented dialogue - without any know-it-all attitude. Of course, this is criticism at a high level. The quality of the cuisine remains unaffected and is absolutely outstanding. Nevertheless, it is in the service that the true size of a hotel becomes apparent - and there is still some room for improvement when it comes to individual wishes.
