Every time it's pure enjoyment. Tried a few new dishes, all perfect for summer. Greedy, joyful and innovative. Flawless service. Wine list growing and finally on paper. =========== Old review I've been there several times, and every time it's a (positive!) surprise. Great creativity, never an end in itself, with Piedmontese understatement and based on exceptional talent. Prices absolutely in line with the great quality that is offered to us. Go there, you won't regret it. 2012 NOTE: I honestly don't understand the other google reviews. Probably written by people who don't like haute cuisine, and don't understand it. Too bad for them.

Abbiamo scelto due menù gastronomici con vini. Nel complesso il giudizio non può che essere positivo, tutti i piatti sono curati ma solo alcuni hanno lasciato il segno. Forse avremmo dovuto dare indicazioni allo chef al momento della scelta, abbiamo apprezzato di più i piatti di pesce. Grande professionalità e gentilezza di tutto il personale

Very beautiful location, excellent food and wine, very kind and knowledgeable staff. We spent a lovely evening in a truly special place eating very well and drinking excellent wine perfectly paired with the food. Excellent! We will be back!
