A small restaurant located just a 15-minute walk from the Duomo. Founded in 1911 according to an inscription on the wall. Interior: Simple but tasteful. Old ceiling with character. A large mural covering one entire wall. Tablecloths add charm. I give it a solid 4 for good vibes. Service: Everything was excellent. Professionally handled. Another 4 here. Cuisine: Outstanding. Delicious dishes beautifully presented. 5 from 5 Average bill per person: Around €50 including wine. Overall impression: Liked it very much. The only surprise was that we were the sole guests on Sunday evening. This place clearly deserves more attention. It seems odd to read reviews complaining about high prices. These are standard rates for a decent restaurant in Milan. An appetizer costs roughly €15, while main courses hover around €20.

A lovely old restaurant on a quiet side street. The food was good, the service only adequate insofar as the owner personally attended to our guests. Unfortunately, the restaurant is significantly overpriced. Therefore, only 3 stars. My recommendation: There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer comparable food and better service for half the price.

Three of us arrived at 8:00 PM. The restaurant was empty, only the maître d'. We consumed: a single appetizer of zucchini flowers and anchovies, a single first course of tagliolini with scampi and zucchini flowers, two second courses of roast beef, one with a side of potatoes and the other with a side of turnip greens and herbs. No wine, just two bottles of sparkling water. In total, we paid €143.00. The first course was excellent, the two second courses were poor quality. All in all, the price was far too high.

The ambiance, delicious food, and polite and attentive staff made our dinner a wonderful experience. The wines are also very good. It's a place with a Tuscan atmosphere in Milan; I'd consider going again.

The octopus and tagliata were exceptional. Perfect service, cozy place.

The stars aligned here for Jamie between the wine, food, magical piazza, and wonderful service. If luck is with us, I will return with him next year.
